the low price of the accomodation, the free shuttle bus into town and the fact that we had three rooms in the same apartment. Some of the furniture was worn, well-stained and quite tatty. the accomodation while suitable for students and has all the signs of student life i don't think it is suitable for a family stay. |

Small size of the apartments (3 double rooms per unit) was very suitable for families, esp with no TV in rooms (no risk of children watching inappropriate programmes). Shared kitchen-sittingroom was comfortable and spacious enough for a full evening's "at-home" cooking and entertainment. Definitely suited more to travellers with a taste for basic, make-it-yourself holiday than those who need molly-coddling. Despite a fine stock of cutlery, delph and cookware, there was no washing up liquid, dish-cloth or tea-towel, so leaving said items in a spotless condition for the other users of the apartment was impossible. |

convenient and picturesque location, excellent value for money, responsive staff (solved a small plumbing problem within 10 mins of notification), friendly staff, adequate staff numbers for efficient and fast routine admin. Lack of attention in the clenliness of the 'common' areas |

It was cheap and had a free shuttle-bus into town. But the last bus departs at 7pm. Calm Area It was really filthy! A verry dirty bath, with urin on the toiletseat. You find hair of other people in your "fresh" towel. |

It was pretty much like you'd expect a campus accommodation to be. Very nice staff and very quiet though. The location was not very good. It was about a 30 minute walk from the city center. This was a little too far for our liking when walking home from pubs. During the day busses are available. |

We thought it was very convenient and very reasonable priced. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay there. 10am check out time is not very convenient. We thought it would be better if it were at least an hour later. |

Went to Corrib Village expecting the worst for 20 euros a night even brought soap, towels etc. Everything needed was present even a TV in room. About 15 mins walk in Galway City. What more could you want. |

dirty room, dirty toilets, dirty bed!!! far away from Galway city centre. It's either the bus, or taxi (12 euro one way). Brakfast is 5E p.p, a double bedroom is going to cost you 40 euro with breakfast and you are very much depending on taxis and bus to get to city centre. Unless you have a car, do not go there. |

Free shuttle in and out of town. Our room didn't appear to have been cleaned very thoroughly and the bathroom was filthy, e.g. accumulated black mould around the base of the taps, the shower door hinges and joints etc.The room had a damp and unlcean smell about it, as did the whole building it was situated in.There were no hot drink-making facilities in the room. When this was questioned I was told guests had to pay extra for access to these facilities but tea/coffee/milk were not available. This accommodation was the most expensive of all the places we stayed in in Ireland and provided the least facilities and was the most unclean. Definitiely not suitable for people travelling around and wanting a bit of clean comfort on their travels. |

It was only a short and cheap taxi ride away from the city centre on arrival we were told that our room was ready. we arrived to find dirty towels, sheets, shower with hair in the drain etc. however when we asked the staff we were told that room would be cleaned asap and it was. there were no further problems |

The bus into Galway every hour was very helpful and saved us money on taxi fares. The cleanliness needs to be addressed. The room was dusty, yet we were made to wait until 4pm until we could check-in to a room which hadn't been used in a long time! Also, the shower was disgusting!!! |

The staff and ease of access to Galway City. The mini bus was a very handy service. Only that the floor of my room could have been a little cleaner. |
