I can't answer that. However, though you have a different section for complaints, I won't be using that, but I'll say it here: I requested 4 single en-suites for 4 people and I got separate rooms(single/double,this was ok) but only 2 bathrooms, which meant 2 people had to share the bathroom. I don't think it was fair.(We paid for 4 bathrooms.) Neither do I think that the explanation for this was fair: 'We wanted you to stay together'...Yes, we wanted to stay together but I should have been told this wasn't possible given the conditions. Anyway we did NOT stay together as 2 rooms were in block J and two in block I... I think you should address that, thank you!

The manager saved the day, she is obviously kept on her toes keeping the staff in check.

The staff were pretty useless. Young, inexperienced? I'm unsure, however we were given an incorrect internet password which wasted many hours of calls to office & trying to unneccesarily change comp settings. Had to wait 3 hours for a working room light bulb which basically ruined our sightseeing due to both delay's.We were given no information on what was available to us & only discovered on the night prior to leaving that there was a communal kitchen. All in all one of both of our worst experiences in our travels.

Budget style. More suited to families or backpackers

There were no drinking glasses in the apartment. Space a bit tight in bedroom, but you get what you pay for.

Cheap and cheerful, perfect for galway races for mens trip.

The noise emmited each morning from the quad vehicles being used for maintenance etc

As a smoker I liked the freedom to smoke,the peace and quite even though in a city and the affordable prices.

Well located, with clean basic rooms.

Repeated problems with room keys was very inconvenient and parking was a bit of a problem.

Nice price and the mini bus into the city was good but it only holds about 16 people so get on early.

Accomodation was cheap and cheerful. You get what you pay for!

The breakfast was not worth the walk to canteen for, Don't waste your 5euro, bring your own food and make use of the kitchen facilities. It was not clear from the booking details that the appartment (including one shower) would be shared between four rooms accommodating up to 6 people!!!

If you're just in Galway for a few days and need nothing more from your accommodation than a place to lay your head, Corrib Village fits the bill. While it is a little far from town, it’s a good alternative if you can't get a hostel in the city centre. Even if you have to get taxis to and fro, it still works out cheaper than getting a hotel.

As I said, it is just that little bit too far out for convenience, although the walk in the mornings was quite nice. The rooms are fine, but the walls are quite thin, so if anyone is up before you, you will be woken up. Also, while the shower got the job done, it was far from in full working order. Still, for the price I was paying, these were minor complaints.

The staff at Corrib Village was always available (24 hours per day), pleasant and helpful. It was nice to have access to a kitchen for cooking some meals ourselves. It was also nice to have a lounge with a tv to catch up on news, etc during our stay. For us, the location, next to the river with a nice walkway was a bonus. The breakfast, while simple, was healthy and well managed.

The cleaning staff were very unmotivated. At one point there were 3 cleaning people sitting on the stairs when we arrived. When we left our room later, the cleaners were gone, but there were several pieces of litter on the floor. The entry stairway really needed a good scrubbing. On our last day, before we had to check out, painters arrived, blocked the apartment door open and started painting the apartment. We had to deal unexpectedly with the fumes and mess of painting.

The accommodation had quite an overpowering smell of mildew and damp in the rooms, hard to breathe sometimes with it.

The environment was very tidy
