good breakfast selection we asked and pay for a double room but when we arrived there were only twin rooms available. we were told they have double rooms but the air conditioner did not work. no money refund or other thing was offered. one of the afternoon when we came back to the room, the door was opened, we told that in reception and they said it was probably room service when they cleaned the room. there were a strong buzz in the room, probably from the air conditioner but it was not possible to switch off |

friendly staff, excellant breakfast, close enough to city centre, spacious rooms, we wern't aware the hotel was positioned in the middle of an industrial estate with a fueling station connected to the hotel itself! not so much a problem if your like us and use the hotel for a bite to eat in the morning and to put you head down at night, but if your looking for views, peace and serenity its not ideal! |

The girls on receprion were excellent. The buffet breakfast was the best we had in a hotel, it was great. The room was big and nice. It gas an ice machie in the hall. You had to pay 9 euro for two hours of internet!!We had our own laptop with us and usually wifi is free in hotels. The service at dinner was terrible. We only had dinner one night and we were glad. We wouldnt eat there again. |

The lack of a swimming pool is a large drawback spas are well and good if you can afford them but if it rains in Galway not much to do in the hotel |

Food in the restaurant was lovely and very good value. The rooms were good as they were well insulated and we could not hear noise from the corridor. |

The hotel was very nice, friendly staff and all of that. The location was good also. Overall, I found the hotel very pleasant and enjoyed my stay. I found that paying for parking was a little inconvenient and it wasn't necessarily the money, it was more the inconvenience of having to look for change and pay each time. Usually hotels do not charge people for parking their cars, the charge for accommodation is enough to cover such expense. I personally found it a drawback. |

hotel staff is very pleasant and helpful, and we liked the cooperation with local agency to go on trips with, that picked us up and dropped us off at the hotel the first night we stayed there, the guest from next room were shouting and yelling and as soon as we contacted receptionist, he reacted immediately and the problem was solved. |

the staff was very friendly and helpful. we found that if you went to breakfast towards the end of the listed available time, that the variety of food was limited and not replenished |

My stay there was generally pleasant, if nothing special. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. I was woken by a fire alarm during the night. There was a smell of smoke in the corridor. My wife and I went outside as did others. Some people either stayed inside or were very slow coming out, despite the alarm continuing to sound. The is a clear need for the hotel to be able to be cleared faster. If there had been a serious fire there could have deen injuries or deaths. |

The Spa facilites and personnel were excellent, well worth a visit and a real treat. The food and range of offering was very good, particularly the bar food menu, the quality was very good. Parking fee, although the hotel contributed to 50%, for a four star hotel you would expect to have a full complimentary parking facility. |

The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and efficient. The breakfast was generous and came with a wide selection of extras. The parking on site was very good value at €4 for the night. The hotel is a little far from the city centre, two taxis in and out of town will cost about an extra €20 on your nights stay. |
