reception staff and restaurant staff friendly and welcoming liked for city break and location. wouldn't be best for relaxing holiday if guests wanted to sit in a garden on a nice day

Fantastic large room with bed to match. Great shower in large bathroom. Extremely friendly staff at reception and in bar. Restaurant food was top notch and service was quick. No swimming pool

Staff at check out were v friendly and helpful. room was spacious and bed v comfortable. Plenty of hot water.Car parking convenient. Not a v long walk into city centre Some trouble getting the ice machine to work

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice size and breakfeast had a good choice of dining. The city was in walking distance from the hotel, so overall a good place to stay when visiting Galway.

The room was lovely- clean, very spacious, comfy, fully equipped... Lively bar with entertainment. Good location- right next to Galway Shopping Centre and about a 15 minute walk from Eyre square! A taxi into Quay street cost between 7.50 and 10 eur (varied on the driver!)

The only problem we had was with the tv, no signal as upgrade been done, booked a movie for the child to keep her happy and was not charged the following day, I was very happy with that.

very child frendly hotel most of the staff were very helpful. The food was lovely but portions size were small. hotel close to everything very disappointmented on our second night we were in a family room and a hen party was check in to the room beside us both our children were woken a few time during the night very bad form of the hotel
