Anne is a lovely host - helpful & cheerful
The Hostess could not have done more
Nothing not to like
Very Mice friendly , helpful, landlady
Good showers (warm, good pressure), Ann was wonderful, easy walk to the ferry port
No fan in the bathroom meant everything stayed steamy and wet, pillows could have been higher quality/more comfortable
Several hours before we were due to arrive Ann telephoned me on my mobile asking if I would like directions to Crannys - a very good service. Then a big welcome when we arrived. Everything was lovely, and spotlessly clean.
Anne was helpful before arrival and made me and my daughter feel very welcome on arrival in Ireland.
Convenient overnight between ferry from Wales and train to Dublin. Host was especially helpful in figuring out the train schedule and arranging a cab.
Near ferry for early departure on the Saturday morning. Near Rosslare beach for evening walk and late night supper.
Respect of privacy. Snacking outside on decking.
It was fantastic Ann O Neill is the owner, she will make you very welcome, she is very bubbly and chatty. When you came to breakfast Ann was dancing from table to table what a way to start your day. When you walk out Cranny's gate two minutes on your left walking you have two Pubs with excellent food and two minutes drive on your right is the Boat to Fishguard. What more could you ask for.
Getting op early for the Boat
Great friendly service.
B & B was easy to find and Ann e-mailed helpful directions too. B & B was lovely, comfortable, really clean, great room and huge breakfast. Ann gave us some info regarding some trips we were going to make which were really helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Ann makes you feel at home as soon as you arrive. Breakfast was plentiful and good. The room was great, with probably the most comfortable bed I have ever had in a B&B.
Ann was a wonderful hostess. She had a genuine personality and nothing was to hard. Could not fault the premises, cleanliness, breakfast or service. Exceptional B & B.
There was nothing to dislike.
Charming hostess and spotlessly clean. Comfortable residents lounge
Owner Ann a loverly host and Cranny's is well placed for the ferry in Rosslare Good breakfast and easy walk to nearest pub for dinner
Not good pressure in the shower
Lovely friendly, professional welcome. Everything just very good!
Everything about Grannys was great, location, host, room and fab breakfast. The accommodation is superb beautifully appointed and would easily rival a five star hotel for fittings and cleanliness.
Noise of lorries early morning reving up engines - however, that was because we had the bedroom window wide open. On our second stay we closed the bedroom window and we weren't disturbed at all by any lorry noise.
Anne was a breath of fresh air, made us feel very welcome, Breakfast was excellant. Enjoyed the atmosphere and food at the pub just yards down the road. Good start to our holiday
Proximity to ferry
The room was very clean and comfortable
As with our stay last year everything. Anne is great and provides a really warm welcome, excellent breakfast and quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. We stayed last year to start and end our south coast tour, did the same this year to complete the lap and if we come back would certainly stay again.
Nothing, although power shower in adjacent room makes a din and you would not want it fired up in the early hours of the morning !
Ann was very gracious when we turned up very late past 1000hrs. The breakfast ambience was restful and friendly. Ideal location for the Rosslare ferry.
Our lovely host made sure that we felt valued and welcome.
