I had an older lady staying with me we found the menu in the restaurant wasn't suited to all tastes.
We stayed at this hotel as it was close to dublin zoo. The hotel is lovely and the staff are absolutely lovely.. they fitted on our son and went out of their way to help us. Rooms were great and immaculate.. breakfast was fantastic and even though it was was 9.30 one of the mornings we ate everything was full stalked and freshly made.love the bird cage in reception. A real kids entertainment piece. We would definitely stay here again we had a great time.
A spa would be nice or a swimming pool but apart from that nothing
The fridge would not open rang reception a couple of times to get it opened but still nothing and didn't want to get someone up!!
Great room Lovely staff Brilliant food Good parking Good location
Had to go home :(
Very big rooms, very clean
Location is excellent Staff friendly and helpfull
4pm earliest checkin is not optimal for a business focused hotel
Beautifully decorated hotel, room was absolutely spotless, couldn't fault anything about the hotel.
very impersonal with majority of staff non english speaking (in restaurant)
everything about this hotel was positive
The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was light and warm.
The price did not include breakfast.
The staff at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, were really friendly and helpful, the hotel is in a fantastic location,it is spotlessy clean i will be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family and will defintely stay there again. Really enjoyed my stay here
Helpful and friendly staff, big comfortable room. Great special weekend rate. Superb breakfast feast.
Having to move on :-(
we like everything out there. will be be back. :)
I like the customer service, they are very caring and supportive
My room did not have a bath but only shower
Luxurious decor, comfortable bed and air conditioned rooms made for a great stay. Parking not a problem-lots of spaces. Food in the bar was ok but plenty of eateries near by if looking for a more varied menu. Breakfast was def worth the money paid.
It was a very comfortable hotel to stay in. Quiet room & very comfy beds. Great size room with 2 queen size beds & very spacious bathroom with a separate bath & shower. I had forgotten a particular necessary toiletry & I rang reception who brought it to my room promptly. I travelled with my young daughter so I needed to feel safe & secure, which I did. Breakfast was yummy & plentiful. No major complaints only that I tried to stay an extra night but the hotel was full!! Would recommend it & would definitely stay again.
Nothing really if I'm honest. We didn't get to use the leisure facilities as we were out all day so I can't comment on those. But if the rest of the hotel was to go by, I imagine it was good too.
Top marks for cleanliness. Staff always very helpful and always at hand. Hotel spacious, inviting and welcoming. Hotel room was A1. Food- lovely presentation with beautiful taste. Enjoyed the music in the bar. A good place to chill. Shopping centre with all facilities so near - especially on a wet day.
The fact that we had to leave.
Friendly helpful staff, well managed hotel, Hotel decor was impressive. Food and service in the bar was excellent.
Spacious comfortable rooms, lovely beds, helpful friendly staff and excellent food.
We naively thought that this hotel would be in the middle of the countryside, how wrong we were;It sits almost in the middle of what must be the largest shopping park in Ireland and has the joy of the motorway at the rear. The "Sanctuary" bar belies its name, loud music and three tvs do not allow for any relaxation. It was the most costly hotel we stayed at during our holiday in Ireland.
Modern and clean Close to large shopping centre Nice common areas
Quite a long bus ride into Dublin city centre
Attention to detail and little extra we found in our room. Complimentary bottle of wine for birthday celebration
Location, Parking, Quality of accomodation
Food in the bar was terrible. However, when we complained they accepted the criticism and did not charge for the meal.
Rooms were excellent very clean
