I have to say the Super King Size bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Not really. People spend a considerable amount of time in the bar and perhaps an extra TV on (the reception) end of the bar would help. When I was there the bar end and middle sections were reserved by a party and so watching the Ireland game was a little difficult. |

Conveniently placed in Dundalk and price was right Not enough towels. 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels should be minimum for a double room. |

Excellent staff at the check in desk. The bar food is quite good for a light lunch and there was a good variety at breakfast. |

Very central.Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable plenty of secure parking.Food and service excellent.Bed was sooo comfy.Loved decor My only criticism is there was no organic food available, but the efficient staff allowed me a way around my personal problem by allowing me to consume my own organic food in your restaurant. |

The hotel was ideal for my requirements. I had business to take care of near to Dundalk and the Crowne Plaza was a good place to stay.The location was superb, the Staff were attentive and very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other collegues, although it would be a little expensive for a lengthy Family stay. Slightly expensive meals. |

The staff were incredibly helpful and always tried to rectify problems very quickly. They worked very hard. It was nice to have a variety of recent films. The food in the bar. When buying food I expect it to be made from fresh ingredients. This food was far from that and was overcooked. I was very disappointed indeed |
