Bed was extreamly comfortable! I never moved out of one position all night i have to buy a memory foam mattress like it. Reception was bit cold big doors opened and a gale force wind blows across reception. |

Decor in hotel was lovely everything was spotless. Bedroom was only set up for one person eg. 1 bottle of water, 1 Robe and one of each toiletries in bathroom. Shower not very powerful and came on intermittently during the evening.We ate in the bar and found the presentation of the food to be dissappointing.Burger chips and salad was just a salad garnish on the burger with chips. |

Check-in staff not particularly friendly. Had bar meal, burhger for Mike, chicken curry for me. Presentation poor, missing salad and raita/peanuts. Curry had been made from already cooked chicken, small pieces with a lot of leg meat, no flavour in chicken although sauce was tasty. Kept me up most of night, reception confirmed not made from fresh chicken for quickness sake. Felt ill for 2 days. |

The staff were extremely friendly and very attentive. In the details of the Hotel it said it was a few minutes walk from the centre ? having booked with this in mind we found on arrival it was certainly more that that to walk into the centre , it was a 10 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and the last bus was at 6.30 ! as my elderly mother was with us this was not possible to do ! |
