Value for money and room quality. The food in the bar was not great. i did not complain, as I am not the most confident in describing the failure in food quality. I do know that I will not order the wings or the Nasi Goreng again if I were to return.

Very nice hotel. Clean, warm and welcoming. Would definately stay again On one evening, guests in the next room were noisy up to 4.30 in the morning

I am an extremely regular business traveller. As is normal with Crowne Plaza, you cannot really fault the rooms. In this case all absolutely excellent ! I stayed mid-week and the top floor Restaurant was closed. Guests were "really crammed" into the small bar area for meals. The BarMan was really excellent, however, and it must be said, the two other members of staff working the Bar-'Restaurant' area were diabolically unfriendly. "I waited 20 mins !!" for just a Bar-Menu card. I was asked immediately to order, I replied 'please give me 2 mins to look at a choice.' After which said person dissappeared and I waited again another "20 mins in hope of service....". No chance, could'nt even order a drink !!! So I gave up in complete disgust and drove 3 mins into town to eat a "very good Chinese". (When you hit the town centre one way system, left hand side at 10'Oclock if that makes sense. Blue lighting at front). Duty Manager take note !

The staff were very helpful, the rooms were comfortable and the food was excllent. I found the rooms very hot for sleeping comfotably and some of the facilities E.G. phones did not work.

The friendly Receptionist - We had travelled to Dundalk for the Racing ant the receptioinst was very helpful in organising taxis to the course. Also the bar staff were very friendly and efficient.

The location was perfect, easy to get to and close to the town with loads of parking. The hotel room was lovely and warm when I arrived and very comfortable. The food was excellent. The bath towels were a bit skimpy and there was no dressing gown in the room.

The hotel is super and the staffs are really nice. They also have an amazing restaurant. The location is probably the worst thing. If u need go to town it's gonna take beetween 5 or 10 minutes.
