The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the staff and particularly the manager working on Tuesday the 23rd June 2009. My work is such that i am required to stay in a number of hotels all around the country and often abroad and i received Exceptional service above and beyond what is generally understood as such by the staff and especially management!!Thank you for a very comfortable stay!! The room no.337 displayed the electrical wires (covered with cello-tape) in the bathroom on the mirror where once an applicance may have been located and this was somewhat alarming to me |

The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was convenient to have a coffee dock in the lobby. A shower cap please! When I arrived there was a problem with the e-door keys. Receptionist said there would be a delay, when asked for an estimate of duration, she would not give one and seemed rather off hand about it. |

Reasonably priced, very friendly and polite staff, easy to reach and with secure parking facilities The room was very poorly ventilated and in need of a few repairs, the vent in the bathroom didn't work at all, instead it filled the bathroom with a strong fresh smell of cigarette smoke in the morning. Food in the restaurant was quite disappointing. |

The convenience for the local bus routes to and from the city, airport and surrounding area. The hotel generally gives the impression of being down at heal and tatty. A good deep clean and repain would not go amiss. |

The hotel was an easy walk to the city centre. The airport shuttle stop was right outside. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The restaurant and pub in the lobby were lively and full of people. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was right! |

The stuff was nice and plus the hotel room was clean. The window view was a bit of a pain as i asked from the start that i wanted a good view from the window but never the less i would chose this hotel again if i visit again. Also was in a good area where you have everything close to you even the bus stops I enjoyed my stay in Ballsbridge but there should be a mini fridge in the room with at least a mini bar like all other hotels |

Convenient for transport, good atmosphere about the place, rooms were cleaned promptly. Room was 'bit old fashioned' , had not changed in 30 years. T.V. was poor quality and remote did not function. Staff in Dubliners Bar were not efficient , perhaps has too much to do, resulted in delays being served and getting bill. |

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient. The bedroom and bathroom were clean and looked neat. Yes. The staff in the breakfast lounge, which was actually the bar, were not friendly or efficient. €11.95 for continental breakfast is expensive. We had to ask for tea/coffee and told abruptly to sit down! Then we had to use large milk jugs (used for cereal) as the small jug was sour! |

excellent value for money nicely situated Perhaps the service at breakfast time could be improved particularly on thr Sunday tables were left uncleared long after the last guests had left and staff needed reminding to do it and to bring coffee/tea |

Close to bus and transportation. There was no "Gift Shop" to buy papers, toiletries, or souvenirs. The closest store was several blocks away. I stayed in a wheelchair accessible room with twin beds that had rollers on the legs and the beds moved when sitting down or were bumped. the water in the shower flowed all across the floor and did not drain well. When I arrived there were lights burned out in the room and no TV remote. |

A value for money deal!!!. Comfortable and clean rooms. Convenience location, just a 15-minute walk to the city centre maybe less. We really enjoyed our stay. The bar area is very lively, we had a couple of pints listening live music. Great atmosphere!!! It was a little bit noisy at night, the pub downstair doesn't help but drunk people are everywhere...After our stay I phoned the hotel because I had forgotten something in room they promised me to check the room and call me back but they didn't come back to me. |

Non-smoking room, Irish pub, located near the Dart Rail Service station Continental breakfast was not continental. No eggs/scrambled eggs, no porridge, no cold cuts, no cucumber. no tomato, no sausage. Very high-priced breakfast without those things. The toilet did not work at night? |
