Very convenient to RDS, surrounding areas and main City centre. I arrived at 12.45 and was informed that I would have to pay an extra €10 to book into the room before 2pm. The room was vacant, but the "rule" could not be broken. When I booked in 2nts, I was offered an upgrade with an extra €10 charge per night. I asked if I could see the difference between the room and the upgrade, but was told that the room was just bigger and was not offered a view.I took the upgrade. The room had a heavy musty smell, the side lights in the bathroom were not working,a shade was missing,a tile broken off under the sink, and the light beside the bed was broken. On departure I found my car completely covered in bird droppings, as it was parked under a tree in their car park. No help was given, even to clean the windscreen

Accessibility from Airport. Spacious room, tea/coffee making facility, nice to find Corby trouser press and iron and board. The breakfast was buffet but I found that the plates were cold consequently the lukewarm food got even colder. It would be nice if the smokers were moved away from the front entrance as it wasa battle to get through the smoke.

Location was great. Taxis plentiful !! Great Hot Chocolate in D4 Café :). Room was great size... lots of space. Early check in was much appreciated. Airy and Bright room was great too. Not so much a complaint to be fair but the outside traffic did wake me a few times. That's just part of being in a city hotel and I have had louder experiences. Personally, I should have brought earplugs as I usually do. All in all, it was a 99% perfect stay.

Very easy travelling between hotel and Dublin city centre. The aircoach stops right outside the hotel.I found it only took 15 minutes to walk to grafton and o'connell street. If you decide to get a bus which stops outside the hotel (numbers 4 and 7) it only takes less than 5 minutes at a cost 1.65 euro. Not enough tea and coffee in the room.

It's very close to the rds where we went to see Bon Jovi on concert I was a little annoyed that we had to pay for parking and that breakfast was not included in the price. Taking this into consideration I felt it was a little too expensive

We had 2 rooms, both had an "old" mold smell. Staff told us "downtown Dublin" was a 5-10 minute walk. We had to stop & ask after 30 mins & were told to get a taxi as it was still quite a ways. The rooms where extremely hot (April) & kids had to sleep w/ wet towels to keep cool. The staff tried to fix the heater to shut off but was almost too late before offering a new room. Just an overall dissatisfaction with the place.

Worst bed I've ever slept in. Decor very much outdated and room felt grubby. The TV was tiny and old, and could hardly see it from the bed. The shower didn't work properly - was just a trickle of water. No free Wi-fi anywhere in the hotel, not even the lobby!

“The bedrooms are of a good size, very clean and comfortable and although the weather was extremely cold, the rooms were warm and cosy. The buffet breakfast was very good as were the restaurant meals.Public rooms and bars were very pleasant. Location great for the Aviva stadium. Buses to the city centre are frequent from outside the hotel and there is an airport bus which stops outside. I will definitely stay here again.” Jacqueline, Bath |
