Convenient shop as part of the complex means you're not forced into having expensive breakfast from the restaurant. |

i found my stay very comfortable, in particular my room in which i had a very peaceful nights sleep, which i was grateful of as i was running the dublin marathon the following morning. i was also given a late check out time which was much appreciated. the new d4 pizza resturaunt did not seem to be well run, people were left standing waiting to be seated, "most including myself left". the resturaunt was not busy by any means, but staff seemed unsure about what they were doing. |

Location excellent for exploring Dublin city Were given a smoking room despite booking non-smoking, did not realise in a country with strict smoking ban that you could still smoke in hotel rooms. Was moved to non-smoking though. Bathrooms not as hygienic is one would wish for as we found hair from previous occupier in bath! All round cheap and cheerful. |

Due to booking error got up-graded to interconnecting family room which suited our needs better.Could have done without the hassle of having to queue three times for up to 20mins each time to finally get sorted. Smell of vomit in lifts!!!Also seemed to be no staff working in hotel, apart from the very over worked reception staff. We stayed on the very busy marathon weekend and had to queue for ages to try to sort out a problem with our reservation. |

Friendly & vibrant atmosphere, fantastic access to city centre even by foot. Accommodated special requests - eg. early morning breakfast for marathon runners. Quiet at night-time. Room was bit unclean. Family room was not as described on website & as booked by me - didn't have pull-out sofa, would have been very useful for children's sleeping arrangements. |

Comfortable beds, water temperature, facilities (especially the supermarket), quite and friendly environment, easy with the aircoach I asked the staff to wake me up the morning I had to live and they completely missed! If I did not used my mobile I would have lost my flight!!! |

The reception area is quite spacious and welcoming The young man who served us food in the bar could have been a little more friendly and breakfast is just a little on the expensive side |

Myself and my friends stayed at The Ballsbridge Inn while in Dublin for the Pink concert, we found it to have very friendly helpful staff, our rooms very lovely and spotless clean. The hotel even had a coach on going to the concert for E10 return which was an added bonus, Definitely will stay here again and reccommend it to my friends |

We liked the convienience and value for money of the shuttle bus provided to take us to the o2 arena. We did not appreciate cleaners knocking at the door at 8am demanding to know when we would be vacating the room as they wanted to start cleaning. Staff should wait until customers have checked out first as this was very rude!! |

Excellent location and staff were pleasant and helpful In general the hotel has passed it's "best by" date and the €10.50 charge for overnight parking is a disincentive. The hairdryer was disconnected, the remote for the TV was missing but was replaced on request. Overall other hotels in the area, at the same price, are more attractive. |

I stayed at the Ballsbridge Inn only for one night. Great location, very clean rooms, staff friendly. Couldnt get better value for so cheap. Surely will go back there. |

reasonably comfortable, staff friendly and helpful but limited knowledge for directions couldn't find it - sat nav got fairly close, rang hotel to confirm number of road, but i was told there wasn't one - drove around for 25 minutes at midnight trying to find it - finally found the hotel which is not signed very clearly as 'D4 hotel', when I actually got through the gates there was a small unlit sign on the front saying Ballsbridge Inn - at night, behind trees, the hotel is completely invisible to anyone travelling by car. Extremely frustrating to a tired traveller - I also nearly missed the closing of the bar - I thought hotel bars stayed open for residents? This one closes at midnight. |

Really nice place, hotel is placed in a silent district of Dublin, not so far away from city center. Perfect connection with airport (Aircoach stops directly at the front, taxi costs EUR 25-35 depending on time and takes 20-40 minutes to get to/from airport). Wonderful Old Dubliner Pub. I'm not surprised by only one hour of free wifi access - in most hotels even that hour wouldn't be free of charge. Rooms need some refresh. |
