Rimelig hotell til den kvaliteten. Fine rom. hotell i rolige, fine omgivelser (kort spasertur til kanalen). Men litt langt fra sentrum kanskje. |

Excellent value for money. Family room no 344 very spacious. Good location Coffee shop was flooded on our last morning so I could not get my usual coffee and scone. Weather not the Hotels fault, but it really annoyed me when I went in to the Dubliner bar to try to get a coffee and a scone. Hotel need to train foreign staff some english!!! Girl did not have a clue what a scone was!!!! So after 5 mins of trying to explain what I wanted I just didn't bother in the end and went into to Dublin for breakfast. Good job I didn't ask for it in Irish! |

The staff were curtious and helpful. There was limited availability of late night food/bar food sandwiches and after midnight the pixxa bar shutr. No room information or any help that coulkd guide us in this regards. |

we attended the eagles concert across the road in the rds and after the concert we returned to the bar for a drink or two, it took us 30 mins to get served. there were 5 barmen on duty but they were so slow, we had one drink and left for the local pub |

The hotel was clean and the staff generally competent and pleasant. In the very warm weather the room was uncomfortable due to there being no airconditioning and no through air movement. |

The hotel was in a good location. Lots of parking. An absolutely beautiful hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend it. |

I found the staff very friendly especially the Bar Manager on Friday Night 19th June he was extremely friendly and a great people person through his professional position. Great fun. Brilliant entertainment both Friday and Saturday night. Will definately stay again. Thanks to all. The person who checked me in wasn't very pleasant but maybe he was just having a bad day. Wouldn't put me off coming back. |

The hotel staff were exceptional, especially the staff and particularly the manager working on Tuesday the 23rd June 2009. My work is such that i am required to stay in a number of hotels all around the country and often abroad and i received Exceptional service above and beyond what is generally understood as such by the staff and especially management!!Thank you for a very comfortable stay!! The room no.337 displayed the electrical wires (covered with cello-tape) in the bathroom on the mirror where once an applicance may have been located and this was somewhat alarming to me |

The bedroom was spacious and spotlessly clean. It was convenient to have a coffee dock in the lobby. A shower cap please! When I arrived there was a problem with the e-door keys. Receptionist said there would be a delay, when asked for an estimate of duration, she would not give one and seemed rather off hand about it. |

Reasonably priced, very friendly and polite staff, easy to reach and with secure parking facilities The room was very poorly ventilated and in need of a few repairs, the vent in the bathroom didn't work at all, instead it filled the bathroom with a strong fresh smell of cigarette smoke in the morning. Food in the restaurant was quite disappointing. |

The convenience for the local bus routes to and from the city, airport and surrounding area. The hotel generally gives the impression of being down at heal and tatty. A good deep clean and repain would not go amiss. |

The hotel was an easy walk to the city centre. The airport shuttle stop was right outside. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The restaurant and pub in the lobby were lively and full of people. The staff were friendly and helpful and the price was right! |

The stuff was nice and plus the hotel room was clean. The window view was a bit of a pain as i asked from the start that i wanted a good view from the window but never the less i would chose this hotel again if i visit again.Also was in a good area where you have everything close to you even the bus stops I enjoyed my stay in Ballsbridge but there should be a mini fridge in the room with at least a mini bar like all other hotels |
