É um hotel típico vitoriano num estilo clássico e acolhedor, com um staff simpático e pronto a esclarecer quaisquer dúvidas que surjam durante a estadia. Os quartos são espaçosos, limpos e convidativos. Na recepção encontram-se vários folhetos acerca da cidade e de excursões que se podem efectuar, bem como espectáculos típicos irlandeses. No hotel existe um pub característico com refeições, embora não sejam muito económicas. Existe também a opção de tomar o pequeno almoço no hotel por 15€. Para além disto, o hotel dispõe de uma sala de jogos e animação. Na recepção trabalha um português da margem sul do tejo que prima pela simpatia e afinidade, sendo uma mais valia no que toca a alguns pormenores sobre o país ou alguma ajuda necessária |

Proximidade com centro e transportes, no entanto dado ter na recepção apenas 2 funcionários, forma-se fila que por vezes atinge 6/7 pessoas a a guardar que sejam atendidas e esta situação repete-se ao longo do dia. Para além da melhoria na recepção, informação visível sobre transportes no lobby seria de muita utilidade. |

Location , car parking facilities, servives provided at the hotel giving a range of options to the customer. Having to ask a hair dryer. Did think the toilet was "slow" once flushed. |

I liked the cafe in the lobby and the access to the store with all the fresh goods next door. I drove past a number of times before I saw the small sign for the hotel. The sign for the shops is so large that this is what I saw each time. The sign for the hotel should be a least as big as the other signs. |

The convenience of the location I was kept awake all night due to a function and there was no control over noise levels.Having internet access for one hour only is mean and covers the full duration of stay. |

Warm, dry, plenty of hot water etc quiet This is a hotel awaiting redevelopment and not much capital is being spent on it. It is however very good value for money. |

Yes there are definitely certain areas which the Ballsbridge Inn could do with improving. I have travelled very recently to the states and the quality of the rooms and customer service in the Ballsbridge Inn does not compare favourably to that offered in the states. |

The staff really went out of their way to assist you with anything. The home-cooked breakfast was just delicious! Free internet was great. A great place to stay. |

We went for the breakfast on our last day (sun 1st Nov 09) and the waiter (was only his 2nd day) was very polite, helpful & went out of his way to find the answer to our questions. All the hotel staff were friendly & the hotel was beautiful Did not like the window in our room, it opened very wide & one day we returned to find it had blew open. I have young children but thankfully they were not with us this time |

It was convenient to the city buses outside but also walkable. Room was good size, 2 adults 1 child. Very comfortable. The delicatesen was wonderful we recommend the small breakfast roll at €2.49 which contained 4 items of breakfast in a baguette, didn't need anything all day. The only thing I would say is that the rooms were too hot even end of October which previous reviews had said, they just need to turn heating down because we needed the windows open which was slightly noisy, not that it stopped us sleeping. |
