Coming home. Yes.. my bag was stolen from a nearby restaurant. I came back to the room and tried to contact Reception 6 times but to no avail. We had purchased 2 tickets for a bus to the O" from the hotel reception but they could not reimburse them eventhough the gardai had come to the hotel. I had also searched the Web for a hotel near the O2 Arena and your site said it was walking distance... It took 40 mins walking or alternatively 15 euro by taxi!!!!! |

The bus stop was minutes away. The local convenience center was a great place to pick up sodas and other items. Staff was very helpful. It wasn't grand, but it was okay. I believe that we should have had free WI-FI at least in public areas as advertised. We did get 1 hour complementary one night, but the other nights, we had to pay. Why? We paid the same price each night, and do not understand why the 1 hour complementary WI-FI was not available every night. |

the accessability to Dublin centre and the transport arranged to travel to venues such as the O2 making it easier and the concert more enjoyable without having to bring a car |

Clean rooms. I was not in the hotel its self for long. Was out and about a lot so did not get full use of all the facilitys in the hotel. We could not find the hotel to start with as we walked there and our paperwork only had the Ballsbridge Court & we just went into the D4Berkeley for directions. There was not idication that this was the formerly the Ballsbridge Court so we walked past several time. We would also like some biscets or shortbread with my tea/coffee in the room. |

I liked the location, central to the Dart for city centre just a few hundred metres from Landsdowne Road Dart station, also it is a quiet location. The hotel I thought was very dated, old fashioned rooms, i know they are in the process of renovation, but we were given a dated room. The reception area is large, but not welcoming. The bar did not serve a nice Guiness it did not have the right temperature. The room had an old type television, the bed was like sleeping on a timer bench. The room was very small and the bathroom was very small also. I would give this hotel about 3 stars, by no means a 4 star. !! Also the leisure centre cannot be used, they were working on that !! |

Hotel reception, bar and foyer were comfortable and welcoming. All staff were helpful. Rooms are a little tired but clean. Furnished with red cedar wood furniture and has an air of what it used to be in its earlier days. Walk to town about 20 minutes but bus is at corner of street. |

The location is lovely and upmarket. The restaurant is excellent. The should supply a wider range of bathroom toiletries ( hair condtioner, body lotion ) and a face cloth. |

Our stay was enjoyable. We ate in the bar on one of the nights and my husband's main course was excellent, but my pate starter was very poor, and I did not pay for it. Staff very efficient and considerate. Location excellent with public transport very accessible. |

Original booking was with a different hotel, but staff was kind enough to modify the reservation. Breakfast is quite expensive. |

Hassle free, pleasant staff and car parking worked out well for my 2-night stay. Finding an accurate address for the hotel was difficult - I received three different addresses from three different sources; didn't make it easy when driving in to an unfamiliar area. |

It was very noisy late into the night because of a hotel function. Also I was not happy at being charged for hotel parking particularly whenever I my car did not have a dedicated parking space and I was forced to double park overnight. |

Anonimity Service at desk somewhat slow, rooting round for rooms, especially when 3 rooms were booked well in advance and we arrived well into the afternoon. |

The hotel was excellent value for money and within easy reach of the city centre. It was 25 minute walk or short bus ride to centre. (Bus 4 or 7 to and from city centre). O'Connells restaurant within the hotel served excellent food. The hotel has a left luggage room if your flying in/out. The hotel is situated just round the corner from the 'aircoach' stop so it very handy for airport travellers. We were slightly confused as the hotel sign outside still refers to the D4Berkley Hotel which was the previous name so we walked straight past when we first got there !!! |
