The hotel is well situated, with easy access to Dublin city centre. Comfortable rooms. In the bathroom, the water didn't drain from the basin, and there was only one small bottle of shampoo for our 3 night stay. There was no T.V. channel information, or information on local transport (buses, dart etc) in the rooms. |

Friendly staff. Good early-bird dinner. Comfortable beds. Hotel is walking distance to city centre and parks. We took a day ticket on the dart (station nearby) and explored the coastline north and south of the city. We missed having a fridge in the room. |

It's fairly close to the city centre. We had to move room 3 times and eventually paid for an upgrade.Suite we eventually took had a funny smell, like it been a smoking room. |

I liked the fact that for the fifth time booking with Booking.com there were no surprises reservations recieved and no variations This particular hotel was not up to the four star rating it advertised however the helpful staff more than made up for it |

Value for money, city centre convenience and very quiet in the room. Only the 'run down' feel of the room. Difficult to explain, but it felt as though it needed a lick of paint/freshen up. For €69 however, thet is more a comment than a complaint. |

Poliite staff, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable room and bed. A convenient location close to rail and bus and taxi services. The very expensive led us to eat breakfast away from the hotel. This was not convenient. 32 euros for 2 people may be ok for business accounts but people booking on special offer breaks as we did should have breakfast included. |

Bed was comfy. No food served after 9.30pm on room service on in the bar, not good when you arrive on a late flight. The rooms could do with redecorating |

easy to get around from hotel, easy access to resturants Yes our room had a red stain in carpet that looked like blood. It was large enough to bother me everytime I walked to table, it was right in the middle of the room |

I have been to 40+ countries on business and leisure. This hotel is the worst!! Rude, unfriendly staff, outdated facilities. I waited for 15 minutes for the bill in the bar, then finally the guy came to my table. On his way back he met another waiter and they just walked away chatting. Just a tiny gel and shampoo in the room - nothing else (sewing kit, body lotion). |

Lovely decor and room facilities, comfortable lounge and bar area.Fairly close to city centre. Poor check-in, had paid extra for a Superior Bedroom but were allocated a Standard Room, no apology and made to feel uncomfortable for delaying the reception desk while this was rectified. |

Hotel was good value for money and not too far from the city centre. Only stayed one night so didn't use facilities. En suite slightly shabby. No toothpaste available as I had forgotten mine. |

The hotel had friendly staff and a nice bar. The location is very convenient for business events in Ballsbridge. Good value at the current prices. My room was starting to show it's age, still very comfortable but a little rough around the edges. |

easy access to town centre and places of interest. Buses are very frequent. room was clean except for the blocked sink and bath although problem was resolved very fast. expected more for a 4-star hotel. No fridge in room. bathroom sink and bath were blocked both days. was there for my daughter's birthday. Could not provide even a balloon in the room! advised that they did not offer that service. Staff not very friendly except for one. Was disappointed !!! |

I would call it a "sub-luxury" hotel. Just below luxury. Clean and quiet with friendly staff. Just the way i like a hotel to be. |

The hotel is conveniently located and the room pricing is fair. Staff are courteous and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet selection was limited and the milk for the cereal was warm. Could have been a wider variety of fruits and cereals. Bread selection was very limited and a bit tasteless. |

The staff at Ballsbridge Court were fantastic! They were so helpful and friendly. Everything that we asked for they provided and even went above and beyond. I can't say enough about the staff. The hotel is nice as well, very clean. The only possible negative would be that the location is a little out of the way, but it is in a nice area and away from the noice and drunk tourist. Would definitely recommend this hotel. |
