Very easy access to the city; great price. Very quiet even though it was a rugby weekend - we could not even hear the match or any of the other residents. Clean and comfortable. Room was slightly cold - it was unseasonably cold that week end.

The location is excellent. The room was very comfortable and clean. Hairdryer and iron in every room and good towels.Great shower. This hoel has kept it's good standard. Some marks on the walls and floor/carpet show that it was once an excellent 5-star hotel that is now a 3.5-4 star hotel. However the price reflects this also.

It had a warm relaxed feel. I enjoyed my 2 night stay. After having some lunch on Sunday I discovered that my wallet h ad been stolen - on the bus on my return to the hotel after a trip to city centre. The manager -Oscar- took the matter in hand and gave me advice about cancelling cards etc and gave me cash on my card no. To cover travelling exps. Thanks to all the staff. The breakfasts were great.

It's easy to find with a very nice reception area ,the room was nicely decorated although we seemed to be near a boiler or some kind of noise that kept us awake all night , the air con was not on as that would have made it even noisier and so the room felt very warm , the price however was very reasonable and we would stay there again ,

It was very clean, staff were friendly. Nice touch having bottled water in the room. When i travel away the one thing I love is getting breakfast delivered to the room. I was very disappointed that a four star hotel didn't have this. It would be a reason why i won't stay again...

The location. We had a very small baby with us and were advised by the staff that there was no fridge in any of the rooms in the hotel and if we wanted bottled stored they would be stored in the bar/ kitchen and the night porter would have to being them up during the night. The rooms were shabby and definitely not hour star standard. No biscuits in the room, no food menus either. You had to call for them to list out the food they could deliver and order over the phone. Not 4 star!!!

Good to find the Hotel back to what I remember a few years ago. Having fond memories of it it was nice to see it vibrant on a rugby international weekend and the staff could not have been more helpful. The value for money price structure made it by far,in my opinion, one of the best buys in Dublin on that weekend.I am pleased that I selected the hotel for my friends and myself and would have no hesitation in suggesting it to any of my friends travelling to dublin. Well done to the hotel and all it,s staff.

The location for the Aviva Stadium is excellent, and is only 15 mins away from town by taxi. The junior suite is a good size. Service was poor, the restaurant was less than average, the hotel needs updating- it is certainly not 4 star, I would say 3 max being generous. Wifi is fairly expensive and cut out during our stay, too many non-Irish staff with little english understood meant that the service was poor mainly due to lack of understanding. Vending machines don't work, meant trips to the bar at nighttime for water as room service not offered when called won to find out where next machine was. No information at all in rooms, so you have to call down to find out what is on menu for Rest or room service, times etc. Room had various little issues, wiring wrapped with tape on various light fittings, shower really dated, shower rail wonky and had Wall plus showing.....

Location for rugby first rate. Good safe car park Hotel generally and rooms look tired in terms of decor. Our room smelled like it had recently been used by a smoker
