全体として、豪華さを売り物としているようだが、その一つ一つの施設、設備は時代遅れのものが多い。朝食、昼食、夕食も、メニューが少なく、年配の客層を前提にしているように感じた。 部屋の家具、扉、テレビがいずれも耐用年数を越えているとしか思えないほど古い(テレビのリモート・コントロール・スイッチは壊れていた。取替えの要求に対しても対応はない)。料金と比べて、家具、扉などへの配慮がない。また、部屋に備え付けられた個人用の金庫も、操作方法を書いたものがなぃ。さらに、壁の差込ソケットについても、ホテル側にその用意がない。そして、ビジネス・センターも名前だけで、設備は何もなく、それについてのホテル側の説明もなかった。 |

not the nicest hotel to stay for a break in dublin - rather shabby, cannot really say anything apart from hotel staff were helpful - would not stay again continental brekfast was really poor- hardly any choice |

Location NOTE : We spent 30 minutes driving up and down Shelbourne Road Dublin , d4 -the address you gave. !! Then we discovered the hotel is on lansdown road ! !!............................... very poor quality for the price. Worn chairs with a hole in the seat. No mini fridge- just an empty cupboard with bare cable, 10 euros a night to park a car is a rip off... Do not book the hotel.. The reception is snobbish. Insular and poor !!! |

yes a few things i didnt like about the holtel no 1 there was no mini bar in the room i was very disapointed with that. no 2 i asked 4 a no smoking room when i booked weeks ago and i got a non smoking other that that everything else was ok. i have stayed in the holtel in the passed then it had mini bar in the room. i wouldent go out of my way to stay there again sorry about the coments. i used to be a big fan of the holtel not so much now |

We enjoyed the Dublin Pub at the adjoining Ballsbridge Inn.The bar facilities at Ballsbridge Court were great. There was no casual meal menu available to enjoy in the bar lounge. The only thing available was the restaurant menu at restaurant prices. |

The staff were excellent,the hotel is ideal for people going to the r d s. The room temperature was very warm even though it had air con.The price for Irish Breakfast was to expencive at €15.95 |

Regular visits to see relatives living in Dublin. The Hotel was excellent....but on occasions we had bother with the 'switch key' to gain entry to our room, and each time had to catch the lift to the reception office, but the reception staff were very obliging. |

It was within walking distance of the RDS. The room was dusty as if it had not been used ina while and not good value for a one night stay |

The room was lovely and very clean, it was very quiet. The staff were lovely and very helpful. There was a nice relaxed atmosphere in the hotel. The breakfast was very poor considering the cost, expecially the quality and range available. |

Very comfortable and spacious room, and good location for tourist spots in Dublin, would definitely come back here. Charging €10.50 per night for parking, is a bit steep! There isn't really an option either not to do this as there is no parking outside the hotel. |

I stayed in very nice room on the 7th floor, paid inernet rate.only £69.00 hotel looks very posh far away from town centre, i do not think it was 20 min walking distance from the town centre. |

The hotel is well situated, with easy access to Dublin city centre. Comfortable rooms. In the bathroom, the water didn't drain from the basin, and there was only one small bottle of shampoo for our 3 night stay. There was no T.V. channel information, or information on local transport (buses, dart etc) in the rooms. |

Hotel close to the locations I wanted to visit in Ballsbridge and surrounding suburbs. It is obvious that the hotel was once five star and had much higher prices. It now shows the signs of some neglect (see below) but is excellent value for money nevertheless at 73 Euro per night for 2 (4 nights for the price of 3 deal). Nice lobby, good reception staff, great bed. The rooms are showing signs of neglect: paint peeling from the bathroom ceiling, some damage to walls at room entrance, no fridge (although there was a ventilation cabinet which would have had a fridge in earlier days). Also, drinks in the bar expensive. Nevertheless, I would stay at the hotel again at the price. |

Friendly staff. Good early-bird dinner. Comfortable beds. Hotel is walking distance to city centre and parks. We took a day ticket on the dart (station nearby) and explored the coastline north and south of the city. We missed having a fridge in the room. |

the location, comfort and cleanliness, the helpful staff who let us check in early, and who provided helpful information about the public transport and local attractions for the price payed it would have been nice to have breakfast included, or at least a biscuit forn my cup of tea. |

It's fairly close to the city centre. We had to move room 3 times and eventually paid for an upgrade.Suite we eventually took had a funny smell,like it been a smoking room. |

I liked the fact that for the fifth time booking with Booking.com there were no surprises reservations recieved and no variations This particular hotel was not up to the four star rating it advertised however the helpful staff more than made up for it |
