Location and price were both very good. Main lobby and bar are nice. No, paper towels in the ladies bathroom, lock broken on bedroom door, only shower gel and shampoo provided in bathroom. Rooms are clean but looked a bit neglected. The mini-bar had been removed which was fine but the socket for it was hanging off the wall, which we thorught was very dangerous. |

The hotel needs alot of investment. The bathroom was very dated with holes in the wall where items had being removed. The room seemed like it had being gutted to get it ready for demolition. Also I tried to run a bath and the water was filthy from the tap. |

convenience, room well furnished, clean and adequate, bar staff bery helpful, found it frustrating room service menu in room but no room service despite being told by receptionist to keep on calling, which we did, got no reply so went to bar only to be told room service suspended due to non payment from hotel to bar. which we assume now to be a franchise |

This hotel is not 4 star, more like an average 3 star. The hotel is not located as close to the city centre as i thought, it is around a 45min walk away! There is a Dart station close by but as the Dart is very unreliable this is not of much use. |

The hotel is lovely and we were totally pleased with our stay there. The staff were friendly and helpful and always courteous. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is within a short distance to the DART, and not very far from the Grafton St. area although taxi or bus service is advised unless one is an avid walker. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back to this hotel. |
