alt ok. tilpas tæt på centrum til at kan gå derind. meget godt natur i nærheden, hvis man har lejet bil. Ikke vedrørende hotellet, men ved billeje kunne jeg godt ønske et markat i bogruden med teksten: visitor from Denmark. |

I have been a big fan of D4 Hotels since they reopened under this name. There is a steady decline, though, in standards of the rooms - worn chairs, light-bulbs not replaced and stained carpets. The location is terrific and the staff very helpful: some € investment needs to happen for the rooms. |

It was in a prime location. The room was very nice and spacious. It took quite a while to get served in the pub. The starter (Spicy chicken wings) were extremely over marinated. There was no tea making facilities in our room and I had to ask twice to get them sent up. The tea provided was of poor quality |

staff were very good and it was decorated very nicely rroms were big Very very noisy . We were at the end of a corridor and could hear next door talking until all hours of the morning we did not sleep well at all. Coffee and tea making facilities stingy and no iron for clothes |

Cleanliness and make up of room more than adequate. Bar staff friendly. Main desk good during normal business hours. Poor maintenance but this hotel was due to be demolished and maintenance has suffered while being run as a B&B by D4 group however this is known and accepted and is no worse that the other D4 hotels. Issue were handles missing from furniture, vanity lights in bathroom not working, temperature control in shower inconsistent, poor TV reception, poor heating and cheap toilet tissue. The room initially offered was in the Inn even though the Towers were booked on the website. Surname was incorrectly spelled on invoice indicating a manual transfer between databases. Possible oversights and could be considered an effort to rip off by some. If you book the Towers ensure your room is in the Towers. Parking is an extra cost giving a Ryanair impressi |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found the Ballsbridge Towers fantastic value for money in an ideal location in Dublin. What more could you ask for? I will defintely stay again, next time with my husband and children. |

comfort in the bedroom. Good bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space Housekeeping standards were weak. Breakfast service in a bar area is off-putting |

i thought my stay at the ballsbridge towers was great so did my mum, my mum was delighted with the twin room that i had booked with loads of space and comfort to relax after shopping in grafton street, dublin. |

The ease of shopping with the supermarket on site - if you forget any toiletries etc. you do not have to leave the hotel. Also there is a choice of dining with a pizza place (however it was closed during my stay!) and a bar/restaurant so this would be idal for families. I did not like the fact that there is no room service. I was studying for an exam the next morning and would have benefitted from the knowledge that there was no service as I would have stayed elsewhere. Also, there are not many staff around and it was quite noisy outside at night with people shouting etc. |

Superb location and clean facility. Runs on a shoe-string, so there are limited staff, all of whom are professional and organized. All in all a clean and efficient place for a city visit/business trip. Connections with rail and airport are ideal. Great value for money when you book ahead. |

It was close to the city, it was a poor experience when it came to the breakfast!! We waited ages and for what we ate, it was very expensive. Won't be using that hotel again! |

The hotel room was very nice, we had a great shower and the room was in a nice secluded part of the ground floor, the airport bus stops right outside the hotel which was very good the breakfast was way far too expensive, we could not get a drink at the residents bar due to hundreds of Gaelic football fans taking over the hotel |
