I parked my car under a tree that had no warning and it was covered in a sticky substance the next morning, Had to car wash it immediately. The Bar service was very bad for the crowd that were there on the night. |

the close proximity to the RDS I was disappointed with the hotel overall and would not class it as a 4* hotel. There was not even any Guest Information in the hotel room which I found quite strange. |

Size of the room. Proximity to city centre and the value. There is no fridge in the room. Short supply of tea bags, sugar. |

Good quality and service at reduced cost, presumably due to the short term nature of the future of this hotel. |

The Hotel was very convenient to the bars and restaurants in Ballsbridge, the room was spotless and the bed was huge. There was a good atmosphere in the bar. Expensive car park €10.50 |

It was good value for what it was. A decent hotel that is pretty central No way a four star hotel. Not the hotel that it used to be under Jury's but it doesn't pretend to be. The rates are not four star rates |

as requested we got room in a quiet part of hotel and without noise what we really appreciate, wardrobe and ironing available. hotel is well positioned on south east of the city centre, easy acces to wicklow and city to improve receptionist service - 2 out of 3 were too serious (receptionist from austria very friendly during check out - smiling and helping us) - very good impression for the end of our stay |

It was convenient to the city, the airport coach took us right to the door. A bit basic, felt like there was a bit of cutting back going on. The place where the mini bar should have been was an empty space. Also reception staff were thin on the groundf, no sign of a porter/concierege, yet there was his empty desk. B'fast facilities poor. |

I liked that there was a beauty salon in the hotel. Also the reception staff were very helpful. When we first arrived were put in a room on the 2nd floor, our room was freezing cold and the windows were leaking, there was also alot of road noice, we sked the staff how to work our heating but they informed us that there isnt any heating on the 2nd floor, this is unacceptable, they did however move us to a different room on the 6th floor, this room was then boiling hot and the windows still... |

We ate one evening in the Ballsbridge Court which was excellent. We had the 3 course set meal which for Ireland was good value for money. The staff particularly the reception staff with the exception of one young man were so miserable - certainly not the smiling welcoming faces I would want working in my hotel to greet guests. Also the staff in the Dubliner were miserable, the service was very slow in spite of their being more staff in there than customers and the staff were bickering amongst each other. |
