Ballsbridge Towers

A cama foi uma delícia. Internet wi-fi gratuita só por 60 minutos/por estadia, e não funcionou nas duas oportunidades ( intercalamos duas estadias de tres dias cada com uma viagem pelo norte da Irlanda).Não tinha cofre e nem minibar nos quartos, contrariamente ao anunciado.

Só não perdemos nosso vôo pra Barcelona por pura sorte: agendei um wake-up pras 4:00 h e um taxi pras 5:00h. Minha esposa acordou às 4:15 h e quando reclamei na recepção, o plantonista alegou que a "stupid girl" havia anotado para acordar às 6:00 h. Só que o taxi chegou pontualmente às 5:00 h! Servicinho bem ruinzinho, hein?

Great location for city centre and the RDS. Rooms nice and spacious. A memory from a bygone era.

It was in a prime location. The room was very nice and spacious.

It took quite a while to get served in the pub. The starter (Spicy chicken wings) were extremely over marinated. There was no tea making facilities in our room and I had to ask twice to get them sent up. The tea provided was of poor quality

staff were very good and it was decorated very nicely rroms were big

Very very noisy . We were at the end of a corridor and could hear next door talking until all hours of the morning we did not sleep well at all. Coffee and tea making facilities stingy and no iron for clothes

Cleanliness and make up of room more than adequate. Bar staff friendly. Main desk good during normal business hours.

Poor maintenance but this hotel was due to be demolished and maintenance has suffered while being run as a B&B by D4 group however this is known and accepted and is no worse that the other D4 hotels. Issue were handles missing from furniture, vanity lights in bathroom not working, temperature control in shower inconsistent, poor TV reception, poor heating and cheap toilet tissue. The room initially offered was in the Inn even though the Towers were booked on the website. Surname was incorrectly spelled on invoice indicating a manual transfer between databases. Possible oversights and could be considered an effort to rip off by some. If you book the Towers ensure your room is in the Towers. Parking is an extra cost giving a Ryanair impressi

comfort in the bedroom. Good bathroom. Plenty of wardrobe space

Housekeeping standards were weak. Breakfast service in a bar area is off-putting

Staff weren't very friendly. Lunch in the Dubliner bar was awful.

I have stayed on numberous occasion in the D4 group and this last stay was fine, the room was large and the bed very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and efficient

Superb location and clean facility. Runs on a shoe-string, so there are limited staff, all of whom are professional and organized. All in all a clean and efficient place for a city visit/business trip. Connections with rail and airport are ideal. Great value for money when you book ahead.

it was a poor experience when it came to the breakfast!! We waited ages and for what we ate, it was very expensive. Won't be using that hotel again!
