Second time I have stayed her on business. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to find. Rooms and bathroom OK, clean and comfortable and very reasonably priced given the area. So no real issues. |

really nice staff and nice breakfast. the water was leaking out of the toilet and i think it was for quite a long time.. so that was not really agreable. the rest of the room was okay. |

It was homely and clean. Staff were extremely obliging and pleasant. It was a nice change from some of the clinical style and staff of hotels that are around. Internet access was available but fairly slow |

Pleasant staff. No hot water, Room too hot, Only one tea cup, floor boards in room very noisy, staff unable to show two different sky programs on two different tvs in spite of having the faciity to do so. |

My friend and I and our two little girls came to see a show in Killarney and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your hotel .The food was lovely and the staff were very good especially the lady that was on duty at the front desk on fri last. 16/1/09 .She is a major asset to your establishment. We will definitely be using your hotel again in the future, |

It was close to the town and we could get around easily. The bar was nice and they had a nice party at New Year's. The staff was not very informed and not very helpful. They did not seem to want to be bothered if you had a problem or a question and had we a problem with the heat and with the internet. |

thestaff were very pleasent. the bedrooms were clean but could do with serious updating, I had reason to ring the hotel after my stay for a lost item, twice I rang and twice they failed to get back to me. |

The very load disco under our room, and the lack of notice that this would be happening, and the lack of clarity about the duration of the disco. The breakfast was poor, cheap sausages, whole meal bread unavailable etc |
