The Days Hotel Castlebar was one of the best hotels we stayed in during our 7 night vacation touring Ireland. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable - a very nice change from the rock hard beds in most of the other hotels we stayed at in Ireland. It was also within easy walking distance to the pubs where we met very friendly and fun locals. They locked the doors sometime before 3 am, and we had to ring a bell until the night desk person came and let us in after we stayed out with the locals until the last pub closed. Not a real problem since they did let us in, and the person wasn't unpleasant about it. |

Very professional staff, safe and secure free parking, walking distance to all shopping, defiantly worth another star to make it 5 stars!! Trust me, I'm a bitch when giving a critique for a hotel!! I cant fault this place. |

The staff go out of their way to be so helpful, I've never stayed at a hotel before that the staff were so good and very professional!! I would defiantly recommend this hotel to any fussy visitors. This place is a must visit!!! |

i liked the fact that there was a simple check-in and check-out procedure. staff were very accomodating at all times. Breasfast was delicious providing plenty of variety to suit every need. Unfortunately as to prior arrangement we did not get to dine in your restaurant but having a peek at your menu, it looked very enticing. |

The rooms were extremely spatious, well lit, clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and polite something which I value greatly as this is not necessarily the case in many places. |

Pleasant & welcoming staff. Bright and cheerful decor. Comfortable bed & room. Clean bathroom. The shower did not work, only the bath. The lack of air conditioning is a major drawback. The bedroom grew too warm during the night. Continental breakfast was minimal. I had to ask for cheese as there was none on display & then the choice was very limited. |

The dining staff were really accomodating and were cheerful and friendly.Meals were very good. Bedrooms were very nice. The noise from cars outside our bedroom window kept my husband awake most of the night. Iwould like to return in future but I doubt if he would. |

It was clean and comfortable. A short walk outside the centre. I searched for hotels in Westport and got one in Castlebar. Admittedly, I should have spotted the fact that the hotel offered was 16km by road from the place I actually wanted it to be. If you don't drive a car, this is a pretty long and inconvenient distance (€22 in a taxi). |

The hotel is located between the town of Westport and the Quay, nestled in its own woodlands. Offering a spa, kids club and conference rooms, the hotel is ideally suited to all visitors. |
Breaffy Woods offers a great countryside location, and 128 guest rooms, 26 semi self-catering family lodges and interconnecting family suites. |
A short walk from bustling Castlebar town, this family-run holiday and conference village is located on its own private grounds on the shores of Lough Lannagh. |
The Breaffy House Hotel is situated just outside the bustling town of Castlebar. The hotel dates back to 1890 and is an excellent base from which to explore the whole region. |
