Cheap rates, clean room, did the job - just glad it was a business trip and not a holiday. This hotel is located in the middle of a business park filled with empty office blocks. We picked this hotel because of the price and because it ticked the "gym" box - so we quite upset when we arrived to find out that the gym is a 3 minute walk away and costs 5 Euros each. There was only one staff member serving both the restaurant (a fast-food kind of affair; hot dogs etc., not really what I was expecting to be available for an evening meal) and the bar, meaning that the bar was left unmanned for 20 minutes at a time. This didn't bother most people though, as people kept walking in the door carrying crates of beer up to their rooms! Not exactly a 'classy' place to stay, but did the job.

Rooms are lovely with bright rooms. Cleanliness is excellent and bedding is very good quality. I have stayed in slightly dearer hotels but the bedding is cheap and not warm enough with tiny pillows. It is ideally situated for where I want to visit and competes against the Clarion, Bewleys, Green Isle hotel.

The room was freezing. Wind was so loud could the sleep as windows were shaking. Had to be moved to another room where the heating was not working. Was not impressed. There are also no bath tubs in the rooms.

It is a very nice hotel and is within easy reach of all the city attractions. If you are looking for a quiet hotel near the city then this is one of the quietiest l have stayed in around Dublin. My only complaint about this hotel is when we went to our room it was way to hot in it , we had to leave the window open all night, but it was very late when we checked in so partly our own fault.

Functionally the hotel was very good & clean. The rooms were very comfy & everything worked as it should. We never tried the food as breakfast wasn't included in the price. It lacked any atmosphere & wasn't very near anywhere - some live music would have helped?

Very good value, very quiet at night. Do not rely on bus/train time tables displayed - they were wrong. Shuttle bus did not turn up. Breakfast poor choices.

Convenient, good parking for a small hotel, rooms are very spacious and comfortable, great value. Staff even though are small in number are very helpful and attentive. The value of the hotel is what has brought me back numerous occasions Food can be a let down, no variety in the menu. Also I have stayed in the hotel almost 15-20 times at this stage and I have never been offered loyalty incentives, this is wrong considering I have probably spent nearly a €1000 in the hotel over the last two years.

Hotel great value for money room warm and comfortable Staff not the friendliest, breakfast very poor not a big selection on morning we were there and were charged 10 euro each. 2 packets of crisps in the bar cost us 3 euro which was a disgrace, needless 2 say we won't be eating there again.
