Myself & my partner loved this hotel! The dinner was absolutely amazing & so was the breakfast was well worth the money! Close to the red cow Luas and only 5 mins from Liffey valley shopping centre! Staff were very nice & kind, would defiantly come back here! Very clean hotel as well!

there was nothing to not like as everything was perfect
We were impressed by the Hotel. It was clean and Stylish. The Staff were helpful and friendly and the food was good for the prices we paid. I would certainly recommend this hotel and have done so. Being "out of town" meant it was quiet and peaceful
The transport links out of Dublin to the hotel were very good but it's location may have been too way out for some
The receptionist never explained to us when we paid on arrival that a deposit is required and that it will take 10 days to return, We were left short of money on our trip and was unable to be refunded
Location, quiteness, cleanliness, large most comfortable bed we have ever slept in.Great shower, lovely soft towels.

It is far from city and the Luas is not so near this hotel.
The room was nice, clean (except for windows) and well- equipped. There was a kettle, an iron and a safe in the room. The bath is very functional. There is a bus stop to city centre just across the street.
Very bad communication with front desk staff. Thay ignored me and didn't answer for my e-mails. I tried to find out if the early check-in is possible (we traveled all night and were very tired). Although I booked a room for 2 weeks before I was informed just a day before the arrival, that my booking is non-guaranteed becouse they were unable to succefully take a pre-authorisation on the credit card I provided to confirm my booking. Unfortunately, I did not have the chance to book another hotel with a responsible staff (in Dublin have already been only very expensive hotels). In the day of arrival the girl from reception helped us and gave us the room earlier- thank you very much. I paid my bill in advance by cash but to my surprise I was asked to give the deposit. I paid it with a card I provided making a reservation and there was no problem with it. They blocked my money for 10 days after departure. Why not 10 days before arrival ? And now I would like to give Mr receptionist a hint. You never say " Zaraz, chwileczkę !" to hotel guests. It's unacceptable ! You can say "Please wait a moment". I used to work at the reception desk for 25 years and I am shocked by behavior of hotel staff.
the stuff were great,rooms ok.
