Rooms were lovely and very modern
The bar had only one television and made it difficult to see from certain sitting areas.
Near public transport. Easy to deal with staff. Reasonably priced.
Room spotless.Staff very helpful.Breakfast was very good. The hotel was buzzing as fully booked all weekend .
Hotel was clean and beds were very comfortable. We had booked to have breakfast and it was well worth it! Would certainly use again if we visit Dublin.
Nothing really. Once we found the No.79A bus stopped outside the hotel it was easy. About 25 min bus ride from centre of Dublin to hotel door.
I was charged twice for my stay....also the room stank of smoke.
I've booked this hotel a few times now and have never had problem before. Hotel spotless, rooms big, beds extremely comfy - great value for money
Had booked double and was only offered twin room on arrival. After not being able to find booking originally. Booked through another website probably should have booked directly with hotel instead
Staff were helpful. Comfortable room and hotel. Room price was good value. Quiet room and quiet are in general. Clean. Liffey Valley Shopping Centre within a 10 minute drive. Good disabled access if required. I would stay again.
Required ID or a €50 deposit on the room. Breakfast could be better, e.g. no croissants. Lack of after-breakfast meals before the restaurant opens at 6pm during the weekend I stayed there. No in-house food after 10/11pm which I needed. No food outlets within walking distance at the weekend. Nearest would be a 25 minute walk.
Clean and spacious room with a comfortable bed.
I was disappointed with the breakfast service.
The friendly welcome and the facilites were great, food in bar was lovely and tasty and affordable
breakfast was very basic , some of it was cold , no waiter at all to ask if you wanted someting that wasn t out, no choice of crossaint/muffin and no ham selection at all , just cheese, filled a gap but wont be ordering breakfast again, dissappointed since bar food was so tasty and nice
Price and comfort. Free parking.
Bed was huge and comfy
Our bathroom was a disabled bathroom which would be perfect if we were disabled
Comfortable, clean room. Near train station.
Old TV, Wifi very, very slow - only good for email. Not much in the area.
I enjoyed entering through the front and back door...the bed was amazing, although I didn't get time to sleep in it...I'd recommend this hotel especially if you're handicapped as the bathroom facilities are amazing, they even have a little seat in the shower/playpen...I left the hotel a satisfied man
The knocking on the wall. The hurricane outside. The wonky front door.
The staff were great very helpful and pleasant, social areas were comfortable and welcoming, rooms large and airy.
The hotel was just brilliant...easy to find and get to and from...staff where very polite and helpful..rooms were great..price was reasonable just back home after weekend visit and booked another stay with same hotel lovely place x
No bath in bathroom as i had my special needs child with me she cudnt stand in the shower doesnt like water spraying her! So was unpleasant for her to sit on the shower tray and me to try and shower her...but was only there 2nights so we managed x
Staff were very helpful.Room,s very quite.Very nice meal
The hotel offers good value for money. The "eat as much as you want" cooked breakfast was plentiful and the hotel bar, whilst small in size, was grand.
The location is clearly outside of Dublin, although we knew that when we booked and we can have no complaints. Having said that, the hotel had a timetable for the trains into Heuston Station (1 stop) which brings you direct to the Guinness factory. There is also a regular bus service into town from the hotel. There is not much in the area to do, but if you have had all day in town, you probably will be more than happy to stay in the hotel bar in the evening.
Clean room, clean hotel, nice staff, nice breakfast, modern, value for money.
Location was not great. No pudding on breakfast menu! :(
The lively atmosphere, being out of Dublin so being able to park and having space around the place. Very nice room, great bed, comfy, polite helpful staff, food available on site, close to M50 and able to get into town too.
liked it so much I became a member and we return Nov 22nd.
Value for money.
Orla on reception was lovely and so helpful
There was people knocking on our door at four o'clock in the morning, the WiFi didn't work and most of the television channels were not working.
Attitude of staff was very poor. View from the window is off a rubbish strewn plot of wasteland with dumped mattresses, in hindsight we would rather have slept on one of those!
service: Staff: Room Nightly Rate: Gem -
party next door in linked room- not sleep a min... be slow at returning
Large and very comfortable bed. Large, cosy and quiet room. Small personal safe box in the room.
Old TV. No shower extension.
