Good and clean Hotel for a good price.

A bit outside, but the bus and train connection to Dublin City centre are good.

Staff staff staff.. Second time I stayed here and second time the staff were as ignorant and unhelpful as ever.. Rang out for a Chinese and asked the hotel for forks to eat the food, which they would not provide us with.. Then hung up the phone before we had finished what we were sayin.. Worst staff I've ever met at any hotel., first time I stayed they were even worse.. Won't help you whatsoever ..

Comfortable room, quiet, clean

No vending machine to buy drinks or snacks.

Reception staff was welcoming.The room was very comfortable and clean. Very good value for money.

At breakfast, I would like if pots of tea and toast were brought to the table by staff rather than having to go make tea and put on toast ourselves, we have to do that at home!

King size bed, very comfortable, large room, tea and coffee with kettle in room, very quiet. Got a great deal on the price with Booking.com.

Area is a bit sterile at weekends, no pubs or restaurants nearby, train station nearby, but train into Dublin was delayed by 30 minutes on Sunday morning! Not the hotel's fault, of course, but this would deter us from staying here again.

I got charged €1 for ice ! I got charged €1 for salt and kectup to the room. Very poor. To be charged €1 for ice is an outrage. I work in a 4* hotel and I have never heard of hotels charging for ice.

This is a great value for money hotel . Its clean , quiet and relaxed . The bed in particular was very very comfortable . Bathroom was good and shower was great . The small bar was quiet and friendly , pizza was tasty and well priced, staff were very helpful , especially on teh front desk .

View from the room was ghastly , a huge dirty wasteland bordered by a run down shopping area and council estate not pleasant but we were only there at night and first thing in the morning so it wasnt a biggie. Hotel is a long way out of town but ahin , the bus ride or train ride wasnt onnerous and added to the days exploring

The staff and service was exceptionally poor. Perhaps this is typical Dublin attitude, but the general response of the Irish staff at breakfast was appalling, even stating 'I hate lazy customers' in front of me (!) Generally the non-Irish staff, ie Eastern Europeans, were very friendly and helpful when asked.

Price is good

Payed for double room suppose to be double bed but two single joined not good for sleeping and stayed before same thing also a lot of noise 4 or 5 males 2 am woken shouting banging doors were full of drink ! Hard to get back to sleep

Price and value

Most staff were very helpful and polite.The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The food was good.I Was recovering from a broken ankle and walking with a large boot. I often needed ice to help with swelling. The staff was always very helpful and understanding about my injury

I didn't like that the meals were buffet,unless you ordered pizza. I don't always eat large meals and would prefer to be order individual items or small meals. Also one evening the bartender came across rather rude when I ordered a shot. He said "We do have shots or even shot glasses. We are a hotel bar not a full bar." My guest who is a citizen of Clondalkin felt he was rude and sent an email to management on my behave.

Location, staff, near to shops and city, price.

Absolutely hate the internet site access policy. When we go to hotels we enjoy surfing in the evening and we found ourselves being blocked from all sorts of sites. Never had this at any other hotel before. Reception told us it was to protect guests with children. We have children and we go to hotels we can very easily set parental protection on their laptops or other mobile devices and dont need the hotel to do it for us. Unfortunately the frustration with this policy will probably mean we wont go back.

Night time staff member. Won't be returning to this hotel as a result

Loved this hotel.. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will be using this hotel again. The only negative was food was not great but staff accecpted this.

The staff,. This is the second time I've stayed and the staff are terrible, the most ignorant, cheeky staff I've ever met.. There cheeky, short with you and in-helpfull.. Booked a double room assuming it was a double bed, when I arrived it was 2 singles.. I told the fella it was a mistake I wanted a double bed.. And he just says "it's 2 single beds you booked & asks me for the money.. I had ta keep pushing and asking b4 he put me into a double room.. Ridiculous there attitude...
