Great location, very helpfull staff, good breakfast for the price. The only problem was that there was a little noise during night from outside heard when window was open - closed and could not hear anything |

I needed a phone charger and staff went more than out of their way to get one for me - simple but effective help! Fire alarms seemed to go off a few times in evening and very early morning but not a big deal for me personally as not sleeping in - however, for those that would have been I'm sure they weren't happy! |

Breakfast was very nice and bed was very comfortable. I was a business user. I got a rate of €65 for a double room for the night and it was good value including breakfast. If I needed a room for one night - for business I would recommend this hotel but if you are looking for luxury then this is not the hotel for you. The carpet in the bedroom was filty. There was alot of noise during the night and I did not like the fact the car park was a multi storey across the road. |

The breakfast was terrible. Both myself and my partner were first up for breakfast, the scrambled egg was only freshly made. I felt that it did not tast right and he also felt the smae. Within 20 mins we were getting sick. It was a dreadful experience and because of this will never stay at this hotel group again. |

The room layout was very good I found the comfort of the bed not to our liking. Everyone is very different but we found the bed very hard. |

Breakfast. Help yourself. This saved me time because i did not have to wait for service. Wi Fi hotspot/connection only seemed to be in the reception area. |

The location is great. The staff are very nice. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast wasn't great. Yogharts were out of date. There could be more room in the residents bar. |

I had a disabled relative with me. The staff ensured her comfort and made sure her carers were well looked after. We could not have asked for more . I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |
