The hotel is located in a quiet location within easy walking distance from the city centre. There was no hospitality tray so had to request cups of tea to staff. |

The staff were so friendly and accomodating...I walked in at 12am and the man working the front desk offered to brew me a pot of tea! Very quaint and not luxurious but more than adequate and comfortable. I recommend! Shower |

Very friendly owners\staff. Always very clean and comfortable. Excellent cooked breakfast, worth waiting for. Terrific location for city and Croke Park. Bus no. 41 takes you to airport or express service from O'Connell Street. Would appreciate tea making equipment in room |

Nice and friendly staff. Gardiner Place is very well situated for visits to various museums and sights and shopping centres. Good restaurants in Talbot Street e.x. 101 We missed tea and coffee facilities in the room. It would have been nice to make a cup of tea in the room after a long working day. Please remember to renew soap and bath gel. we stayed for 4 nights and had to ask for it. |

Friendly staff and close to City Centre. Needs modernising and the breakfast was poor if you only wanted a Continental breakfast as the toast only seemed to be done on one side and there was not much choice. |

It was a conveniently situated hotel, with excellent service and really good breakfast. I have been recommending it to friends and family now that we no longer have a home in Dublin. |

Staff was very helpful, room was clean, breakfast was alright. Reasonably close to the city centre and main attractions. Single room was very small and with no view at all. Rather expensive at 50 euros a night. Location: a bit difficult to find with the directions given (driving directions are no use to someone who comes by bus); about 15 - 20 minutres walk from the bus and train station. |

Hotel is very cosy, clean and comfortable. It is nicely located in the centre of Dublin. Breakfast was pleantiful and delicious. There is no lift in this hotel. Luggage must be carried even for the third floor. |

Proximity to Croke Park, The bar is nice and homely Pokey tiny room, was the size of a single bed plus 50 cm wide. Felt like a coffin. The curtains did not keep out the light so you woke at dawn. 30 minute wait for breakfast was a bit excessive. |

Helpful staff, clean rooms and location to city center. The room key was attached to a plank, just right for surfing but too large for a pocket. |

Went out in Dublin The front of the hotel is likley to put people off intitially. I was worried when I arrived there thinking it was going to be dirty. Also my colleague stayed there also and his room was very small compared with mine yet the price was the same. |

The breakfast was great, and the location is within walking distance of most anything one would like to see/do in Dublin. It's an older place, so there isn't much sound-proofing. You'll definitely hear others as they come and go. |
