The coffee for breakfast was aweful. This was probably one of the worst cups of coffee I have ever tasted. Also, I would have loved a radio or a TV in the room. (a TV bigger than the size of a cellphone - which was pretty much the case with the TV in our room) I couldn't at all make the WiFi work on my cell.
I liked the fact that the staff was really nice, and helpful. The breakfast was alright, but we would really have loved to be able to get a glass of water (which wasn't that aweful tap water, you have in Dublin) and a 'nice' cup of coffee - that would have completed the stay. We didn't really spend mcuh time there except when we were sleeping or eating breakfast, so this was definitely sufficient, but also definitely not a luxurious B&B. But we got what we payed for so we were pleased with our stay.

clean rooms, close to city centre, very nice personel

As we were only there for one weekend, we didn't mind staying on the top floor (no lift)
We were totally happy with our choice of hotel. Friendly staff, delicious breakfast, big bathroom, nice room, convenient location, good price for value! I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing I didn't like. Except that I had to leave :( lol
Great location. Right on hand to the city centre & not too far from the Temple Bar area. All attractions easily accessible. Staff were brilliant. So so helpful & pleasant.

Ihastuttava, kodikas hotelli!

Very friendly staff are always ready to help you in absolutely all your inquiries in short time (I asked Olga to print my boarding pass and keep my food in fridge - It was done free). Wi-Fi was good in my room. Room was not huge but was very clean, silent and warm (important feature in Ireland). Free breakfast consists of eggs, bacon, sausages, toasts, coffee, bread with butter and jams. Location is not far from city center. Several bus stops to airport in 5 minutes by foot. Recommend this hotel for everyone.

- small bathroom & towels for shower were - bit smaller than I'm used to 2 different taps for hot / cold water - little bit overheated rooms, but you can open the window - no lift (might be problem for older people)
Staff was extremely nice, polite and helpful, they provided very useful info about prices, places to see, trips, transportation..etc. Very convenient location, 5 minute walk to O' Connell street & Henry Street. Very clean rooms. Delicious breakfast (more choices). Overall a very good hotel (the dislikes are just minor things)

Extremely tiny rooms. The receptionist is also room service, so don't be surprised to be kept waiting at the front door to be let in (yes, they lock the main entrance to the hotel day and night). The heating is set externally which means you might freeze one day and boil the other.

Staff friendly and helpful, good location, quiet area. Good choice for b/fast.

Don't judge by first impressions. The hotel doesn't look over appealing from the outside, however, when you enter it couldn't be any more different. Breakfast is substantial and our room (we stayed in what looked like newly converted rooms on the top floor) was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely, particularly the gentleman who worked on an evening. (we assumed he was the owner) I would highly recommend a stay here.

No bad experience. I would have liked Wifi. I didn't ask about it so it may have been there and it was a very minor issue for me.
Greeted at booking in and greeted again when I returned at midnight.
