The setting of this hotel is spectacular - right on the cliffs overlooking the ocean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were simple, but clean and comfortable. Our family room was a bit crowded with two beds and a bunk bed, but with so much to do outside, we spent very little time in our room. |

This hotel was overpriced.The standard was disappointing-lower than expected compared to presentation on website.The room we stayed in was equivalent to backpackers. Lack of availability of food after 9 o'clock was disappointing as were the chipped glasses we drank from. |

The attitude of the staff and pleasant service in spite of the problems presented by a fire in the hotel on the night before we booked in. Apart from the leisure centre the fire did not interfer withour stay due to the efforts of Mary and her very supportive staff. The absence of the out-door pool |

Staff were friendly, professional, efficient and helpful. Fabulous view in a beautiful part of Kerry. Family room was small but adequate. |
