Desota House Bed and Breakfast  

Ivan & the rest of the staff could not have been more accommodating! They were awesome. Breakfast was great. Access to all of Galway was super.

Could have had some more attention to our room...renew soap, etc. then again, we didn't ask.

Great location, just outside the city centre. Very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough to make sure we were comfortable. They gave us loads of information and advice about the local area and where to go and what to see. Will definitely look to stay there again if ever in Galway.

The location was great, very close to all the shops, restaurants and pubs but still quiet and nice surroundings. A little bit of noise from the street, but no real disturbance at night. It was clean, had good choice of breakfasts, freee internet and parking. The staff were friendly. The room was clean and fresh, with flatscreen tv and mini-fridge.

The bath could not be used, something that the staff did not mention before booking or at check-in.

Desota House was extremely friendly, professional, welcoming and relaxed. It offered great value for money, beautiful spacious room with comfortable beds. Very clean, in an excellent location. Easy to find, staff were very helpful in providing information about the local area. We did not have breakfast as we left early in the morning after a one night stay.

I thought the owner, Ray, was the most helpful, friendly and informative land lord. Helped with any problem of tourists. Would recommend this place to all strangers visiting Galway. Great free parking near Hospital - the purpose of our visit. Very clean. Casual but efficient. So convenient - near centre of city but great value.

Broken hinge on window. No drinking glasses in bedroom. Front rooms might be noisy from passing traffic. Cooked breakfast could be earlier than eight a.m. but self service continental very good.

friendly and good sized single room - single rooms can very often be little more than broom cupboards! Secure parking.
