Desota House Bed and Breakfast  

I liked the off-street parking, quiet room at the back, well kept & clean room, well placed and smooth working tv, lovely shower with plenty of hot water, perfectly cooked breakfast with wide choice of food, self-help tea and coffee available in room, close proximity to city centre and efficient and helpful staff. I recommend Desota House without reservation.

We had a very friendly welcome and our host explained us what to see and do in Galway. Room was very bright and friendly, large enough for the two of us. Breakfast was plenty and very good. You can choose from several meals.

The price could be cheaper but it was still affordable.

We initially booked a room for 3 people, then we asked if it was possible to add an extra bed for a fourth person and they organized everything with no problem. Very friendly staff, location is great, breakfast cooked every day. Highly recommended.

The place was very clean, the staff was amazing, and the location to Galway's city center is about a 5 min walk. Breakfast was good too! Anyone visiting Ireland should definitely go to Galway and check this B&B out!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect: just a short walk to the city center, but far enough away to be relaxing. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Loved it!

The wi-fi was a bit slow, but that's the only complaint I have

On a busy street with traffic passing at all times, noises from the hall can be heard in the guest rooms, on the windows facing the street no sheer curtains

Bright skylight in bathroom was nice and location was great for walking into city center and being able to park on location for no extra fee.

Bed was hard and there were no extra blankets or pillows. Also, the room was bright until 10pm because there is no blackout shade which was most difficult with a toddler. Additional towels had to be asked for for our child on both days. There was a lack of personality since entire house is rented and you're not actually welcomed by owner.

Close to center city

Need bathmats in the bathrooms as well as a place to read or simply relax.

Excellent location, well run B and B , friendly helpful service,We had 2 rooms a double and single,clean and comfortable, free parking out back, good breakfast.

This B&B is a little gem; it has great access to Galway City and for getting on the road to Connemara. It's perfect for parking and walking into town. Their breakfast is delicious, too. The facility is clean, very comfortable, and well kept by Anna and the team.

The staff in the guesthouse were very helpful and the rooms were lovely and clean.

The staff could not do enough. I even left my phone charger behind and they are going to send it to me - so lovely! The room was amazing, the bed very big. A hotel feel but with a B&B price. Will deffo be recommending to my friends.

I really liked the staff of the hotel, everybody really helpful. Literally 4 minutes from the city centre

What I most like was the reception, it was helpful and pleasant. The bedroom is roomy, clean and confortable. Bathroom is also good. The breakfast really well made and displayed. The house is about 8 min far from the city center.
