I like how the room was spacious TV Wifi etc I liked how it was layout with comfy big sofas as it make u totally relaxed n sit for hours and talk :) I liked everything about the hotel as from the outside you wouldn't thing it was Fabulous inside (hope that's not mean to say)
I have no fault in the hotel I stay again and for lot longer next time :)
The staff drinking in the bar after work It felt like u walked into a staff party. Dinner was lovely but breakfast was very poor the choice was terrible
On arrival was informed that the restaurant was closed but bar meals would be available...wasn't sure what to expect but there was no need to worry as the quality and range of food on offer was superb. I discovered later that the hotel enjoys a good reputation locally for facilities and quality of meals
Almost everything about the hotel was excellent.
The receptionist on our arrival wasn't unfriendly, but she wasn't particularly friendly either. Not a major complaint, but something like "You're welcome; did you have a good journey?" would have been nice.
Good comfortable bed, warm room, great sleep and good breakfast, helpful lady serving hot breakfast promptly.
Carpet has lots of wear which made hotel public areas look shabby. Carpet had debris ? cement debris which should have been hoovered off. Front desk receptionist had very severe cold, she should have been allowed a sick day.. guests travelling dont want to catch a bug at their hotel.
The Welcome at reception Lovely spacious room Tea and coffee in room Plenty of storage Everything spotless Beautiful food and great service Staff very friendly and helpful Price very reasonable
The sausages haha!

Staff, food, location.
Little noisy in the hallways with doors banging but other than that excellent
food was excellent. Service was excellent.
Everything staff the best
Bit noisy from wedding reception late at night.
Thye food was very well cooked and presented. The shower was hot and powerful. After Sunday luch traffic cleared I found a good close parking spot. All staff very friendly.
The was no information about the hotel or it's facilities in the room. The TV was out of date and needs upgrading possible to SKY. The room lighting was on the low side.
The force of the showers !
The staff were exceptional, food excellent and location superb. The rooms were comfortable if a touch tired looking but this did not detract from our enjoyment. This hotel deserves its high rating.
Very friendly receptionist.
The wifi did not work
The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast is gorgeous, cooked fresh for each guest.
Cobwebs in the reception area over the curtains near the toilets, also cobwebs in our bedroom at the window and in the bathroom hanging from the ceiling. I generally wouldn't notice this if they weren't so big and plentiful. It's the only thing that let this place down but it wouldn't stop me returning. I'll definitely be back!
All the chandeliers in the dining room
