The staff where really lovely and helpful. I loved the design of the hotel and the fact that it was right in the middle of town so close to everything you need. I also loved the room, it was very smart and comfortable. I've already recommended ths hotel and will defnatly come back if i'm ever in ireland. |

everything was very good and the staff were great got woke up at six with a fire alarm so not a good nights sleep but overall great hotel will book again |

Beautiful, stylish rooms. Nice bathroom. Beautiful view of River from floor to ceiling windows. Handy to shopping. Everything was great! |

The hotel was in the city centre, there was parking facility was complimentary. The staff in the restaurant was very nice. Not all the staff were able to make a good cappucino, too much milk, even if you asked them not to put so much in it. |

The size of the rooms is more than sufficient & location. The TV reception. When I checked in there was only 4 Irish channels available, the next day English channels were availalbe but only until 11.30pm. I complained on the Saturday morning, the matter was rectified for an hour. The TV subsquently went off again, I was told by the reception staff that it was because I had changed channels. |

Staff were very friendly and hotel is ideally located for shopping, seeing city Bar / lounge is not comfortable and not typical of a good hotel. |
