What I liked best about this hotel is the location. Great for shopping. The staff are attentive, check in and out were without fault. We only had a sandwich and it was good. The band that played on Saturday night were very good. The standards of this hotel have dropped. Our room was tired, carpet stained and windows dirty. This was my fifth time staying here and I was disappointed. I will not stay again until this has been sorted.

Staff were excellent. It's a lovely comfortable hotel. Couldn't fault the bedroom or bar and restaurant area. Did not use spa facilities. No complaints. The only thing I thought you could improve on is signage. You could do with better signage for the hotel out on the main road and also on the approach into the hotel as it is quite tricky to find.

The staff were very attentive and were able to use their initiative in anticipating our needs. The hotel met all the standards I would expect of a 4 star hotel.

Arrived at the hotel late and found that the Booking.com reservation (initially made in error then changed) was still for the wrong dates. Hotel staff still found us the correct room quickly and were very accommodating. Room was comfortable, service was excellent, food was good. Location was ideal for quick trip to airport next morning.

The location as central to all shopping. The breakfast was lovely with a great variety. Have stayed there previous to this visit and have highly recommended to family and friends.

I had a number of special requests--quiet room, view of river. The staff allowed for this and much more. The regular woman at the desk was very well informed and very helpful at finding info. Service with a smile!

It was very centrel.the evening dinnerwas supper. And the entertainment on the saturday night was very good. The only bad thing I can say was that the breakfast was not hot enough for me.

It was very conveniently located for town centre and the free parking was a bonus on the day we checked out. Was looking a little tired decoration wise and we noticed 3 holes in d Bed sheets(room214)

Room spotless. Great location. Staff were very polite and helpful. Would stay again. Bar closed to early. 3Am. Mini bar advertised in room but was empty. No iron, no hair dryer, no slippers or dressing gown as advertised. None of the above had any real impact on our stay with the exception of the late bar.

The d Hotel was very convenient, with free parking, lovely staff and comfortable room. We were disappointed to find there was no drinking water or hair dryer in the room.

We only stayed one night but checked in at 2 pm on saturday had lunch in hotel did a bit of shopping then dinner in the evening befor heading out to a family party .Cannot fault this hotel from its staff to accomedation food etc was excellent will look at d hotels in future. Price of pint of black stuff bit stiff at €4.50

Our stay at the d hotel was a wonderful experience We enjoyed from the minute we booked in The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful Our room was beautiful, modern and bright, The tv had a great variety of channels. The bathroom was spotless. We ate in the eve and for breakfast and found Food lovely. The staff were so pleasant from the time we Arrived till we left. Scotch hall shopping centre Is lovely. Would highly reccomended this hotel and will Def be back soon!!!

I was very dubious about staying here after reading some very negative reviews on some sites, however I must say, I should not have worried at all. I stayed with my husband and 1 year old, just for the one night. Upon checking in, and getting to our room, we were pleased to see the travel cot we had requested, already in our room and already made up for us. The staff on reception were extremely helpful, and we also ordered room service whilst we were there and I must say this was exceptional. The only down sides were it was a bit difficult to find, and our room did overlook a car park, but I didn't book the room for the view, so I wasn't all that dissapointed
