Two things: First, as mentioned, the front room could be very noisy if guests choose to stay up late talking in the sitting room. So, ask for one in the back. Second, if you use public transportation, the location of the B&B is rather too far from the City Center if public transportation goes out! There was a bus strike while I was there, making getting to and from the main Dublin attractions difficult (or expensive, if one chose to use taxis). It was about a 45 minute walk from Temple Bar; it wasn't a pleasant walk in the pouring rain!
The staff was lovely, and the room very, very clean. Breakfast was ample and quite tasty. I would highly recommend as a place to stay. But, do ask for a room in the back. The room I had was just inside the front door facing the street, so could get noisy when people chose to stay up late and talk in the front sitting room.
