asked for breakfast for 07.30 - I was informed I could have Continental style as the chef does not start until 08.00. Arrived downstairs to find dining room locked and nobody in site. Television in the room had poor reception |

it was cheap, modern, the lady who worked there was very lovely.Good if you on a budget. It cost me 30 euros in a taxi from the airport, almost the same price as the room! The was cold, the heating was on very low. |

Advertised as a traditional Irish hotel although was run by people who could not speak English. The bathroom ceiling and walls were covered in mould and no hot water from the taps. The owner was not there but when spoken with on the phone was very rude and not prepared to negotiate a room change or refund on cost of room. The hotel was too far out of the city centre. Seemed to be more of a hostel. |

The place is very cheap and not far from Donnybrook/Ballsbridge. Good bus route on the road outside the b&b. The breakfast was poor. There was plenty of food but none of it was nice. TV in the room had very poor reception with only four channels. |
