Great location, easy access to dublin city by bus. Car parking facility available, safe area and very nice staff. Nice brekkie!!
Our room was small for two people but overall a thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay. Thank you.
The alcohol i bought at the shop
staff were helpful. Room facilities where good for the price. The breakfast was continental but the price included for two. So It was a bargain.
My son has excema and was sensitive to the bedding. I had no problems at all. Their wifi was down.

Everything friendly staff helpful
Excelent room, and a very soft bed. easy staff very kind and helpfull.
Some slight issues with the Wifi
The distance to Pubs etc, where not told about the free WiFi or given the password until the next morning when we were about to leave.
Good position on main road for transport, near UCD which is where my conference was. Warm, clean, comfortable. Breakfast was basic but perfectly adequate and generous. Good value for what I needed.
My room faced the main road which was noisy, but again that is balanced by easy transport links. Otherwise I was extremely happy with it.
A warm welcome. It was snowing when we arrived and the house was lovely and warm.Basic accommodation, cheap and cheerful just what we needed, would dedefinitely go back. Great value for Dublin.
Could not get breakfast 15 minutes early, at 7.45 (not exactly the crack of dawn) and as we had to be somewhere did not get breakfast at all. In Ireland I find that very disappointing.
It was shelter on a cold December night!
The lack of heating during the afternoon. The shabbiness of the whole place. The water stained ceilings in bedroom and en suite. The awful breakfast.
Location and parking
The moody lady staff. Breakfast. No wifi in room.
WiFi high speed 64Mbits
Breakfast bit sparse by time we got there no fry but not complaining self service.
staff were most helpful as I needed to attend a funeral.
Bed too small
location beside ucd
took 25min to find my reservation. key would not open my bedroom door
Basics were good.
Breakfast was a bit skimpy. When I am in Ireland I would like a full Irish breakfast!!!
Free wi-fi and friendly staff.
I asked for a quiet room but received one facing the main road which was rather noisy. The bathroom was like a freezer!
bed room breakfast, simple no frills no complications. looking forward to staying again... I work in the area, so all said and done, good value and a place I hope to use again and again.
ensuite had just been painted so very strong fumes in room. as the house faces the N11, opening the window vs. paint odours... so didn't sleep from about 6am with traffic.
Bed was terrible. and really bad traffic noise in the room. Very cold room musty smell in the room.
