The breakfast was good value for money

The bathroom was so dirty that we did not dare to shower in it for the 3 days of our stay!

Its proximity to UCD and the N11. The fact that there was parking was an advantage. .

The heat was not on in my room and I heard other guests complain also. Breakfast was fried eggs beans and toast and very small helpings. The chef explained that his relegion did not permit him to cook products derived from pigs. However there was no mention of this on the advertisment. Payment was demanded on arrival which left no recall if there was a complaint

The location is good, close to UCD and to the city centre. Bus stop near the B&B.

It was very cold during the night although the heating system was running.

Heating didn't work after 9 pm, but it was a bit cold in the room

Room full of light, plenty of space, comfy and clean. Wi-fi connection works perfectly, the staff is very polite, and the breakfast offered is of a very good level of quality

Position is not so close to the centre, if you are in hurry for whatever reason you must know the timetable of the line 10, or be prepared to pay about € 15/ 20 for a taxi to the centre

Cheap, great location beside hospital, leaving the lodge.

toilet ran all night, cold tap didn't work. Shower was cold. No heating in the cold bedroom, bedroom was right on the entrance hall so we got to hear everyone else's movements.

Location was just what I needed and the price was the cheapest I found online at short notice. Breakfast was fine.IT was Ok for what I needed, ie., a cheap place, for a short night,... so I didnt expect 5-star luxury.

fairly tacky decor, but nothing shabby.. there were condensation marks in the shower, which were a little off-putting, and a small patch of damp on a corner wall to the front of the house.It faces onto a extremely busy dual carriageway, which wasnt too bad becasue I was thereon a Saturday night/ Sunday morning. This "hotel" is not suitable for any kind of aholiday or town break, but grand for the one night I wanted.

the whole experince, we booked two rooms with twin bed, and once we were there, found out that both rooms had four twin beds, I asked about changing, I wanted to drop the one room so we all could be just one room, I was told that we could not do that, because the manager was not there and that it would be a problem. And the location was not what was stated on the website,it was not close to city center nor was it close to the ferryports either.

asked for breakfast for 07.30 - I was informed I could have Continental style as the chef does not start until 08.00. Arrived downstairs to find dining room locked and nobody in site. Television in the room had poor reception

The staff were lovely, very helpful. Free onsite parking. A good cheap stay, no frills. Child friendly.
