I've already filled in the form placed in the bedroom. I chose Dooley's, as I have dne before, because it is near the Railway Station and close to the city centre. On this occasion I was impressed my the low rate, so Value for Money is important. What I really like is the unpretentiousness of the hotel. |

From the moment stepped into the Hotel it was more than we had hoped. The staff were friendly, rooms were spacious, food was great as was the entertainment 'The Immigrants Tale' which coupled with music, dancing and lyrics told the story of the immigration of the Irish. The quayside location was great for strolling and the shops were nearby. Would go again. Have already recommended this hotel to colleagues who wish to visit Ireland. In future when I visit Ireland I will book Dooleys Hotels. |

Centrally located and easy parking across the street. The breakfast buffet was good with an array of choices. The hall was dirty. Someone dropped food and no one cleaned it up. It was there for quite some time. Noisy if room is on water side of hotel since right across from the bus station. Should not charge for parking. |

The hotel is centrally located in Waterford with reasonably sized comfortable rooms. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The bar food was very good. Overall we found that the hotel met our needs. There was pedestian crossing point on the road outside our window with a beeper which was in use quite early in the morning. If you are a light sleeper it might be worth asking for a room away from the crossing. |

Staff very friendly, and helpful. Very good level of service. The room was at the front of hotel had to close curtains in room so could shower and relax without people at bus station seeing all my bits. The noise level at night very bad and in the morning worse again windows were not sound proof.was awake from 6 o clock. |

Dooley's Hotel was a great place to stay in Ireland. It had all the features we required. The evening dining was superb & our breakfast just as good. Our room was very comfortable & we found the hotel had a lovely character. |

The staff were helpful and they ensured that the two rooms that we booked were side by side as requested in the booking form. The four-bed family room was great for the kids. It would be great is more hotels would recognise that not all families have two adults and two kids! |

no hassle, friendly staff, accomodated our group booking easily, comfortable rooms & good breakfast, relaxing. No leisure centre, even a small room with a couple of treadmills and free weights would be a good addition. |

Breakfast and breakfast staff very good, the room was clean and comfortable, good location. The bar was poorly staffed after 12 am, the night porter on duty didnt appear to be familiar with the bar or serving drinks. (Other duties seemed to take priority for him)This was also the the experience of other residents on the night we stayed. |
