The staff was superb! Very friendly and super quick! I will recommend the hotel to everyone and will stay there again in the future! I didn't go to the restaurant but the bar food and music were awesome. I only stayed a night but I can't think of anything I didn't like. Everything was good!

food wasnt the best, prices a little steep, date on the beer was out of date, didnt even get a free drink when we said it to the bar staff,allso beer had lable on bottle not to be sold septretaly but it was.

Room very comfortable I requested a wake up call, but this did not happen. It was very uncomfortable at breakfast when we came down, got on the queue around the continetal and found a tour group very pushy, leaning across us and nothing left for us,

I liked its location and the bar food and breakfast no free car parking. We had to pay 3euro for overnight parking- the Granville covers parking fees in full

dont like anything ... no car park no heating after 22:00 and no hot water after 22:00 .. rooms are very small ... toilets are really in bad condition ...

Restaurant/bar on site very nice, comfortable, good service. Rooms and general hotel run down looking, stale smell everywhere, not horrible, but not good, needs updates quickly.

Check in was very quick and efficient. Bar and waiting staff were extremely pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and there was a plentiful supply of tea coffee and milk in the room. Only one lift

The bedrooms were warm and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and obliging. The hotel was centrally located. The atmosphere in the bar at night was excellent. The band on Saturday night was geared too much towards foreign guest.

The room were very comfortablbe and warm. The staff were excellent. The location was perfect for shopping and the bars. The hotel was spotlessly clean. The electronic key cards. The in house music. The band on the Saturday night was geared more towards foreign guests.
