Frank's warm welcome and resourceful travel advice. Clean, comfortable guest rooms with gorgeous views. Delicious breakfast with real, brewed coffee. An easy walk to every pub in Doolin.
Having to leave Doonmacfelim House.
its close to Gus O'Conners Pub - Friendly Personal - THX Frank for his warmly welcome - Lovley B&B on one of the national nicest Placeas of Ireland
Rooms were clean and comfortable, great breakfast, close to clifs of moher and other places.
Frank the owner of the bed and breakfast is a very kind and helpful person how helps you with everything he can. was a very nice holiday
excellent service and a great location.
Frank, the owner, is good-natured and nice, if abrupt.
It's overpriced. €95 is too much in a town with a lot of vacancies and a relatively poor breakfast.
Doolin is a very small village and Doonmacfelim is centrally located to the pubs famous for live music. The owner, Frank, was friendly and very helpful. He served up a yummy breakfast too. This is not a fancy B&B but that's ok - it is a good price, clean and comfortable.
Our host, Frank Maloney was most helpful. He was friendly, good natured. He did laundry for me & he cooked delicious breakfasts.
Our room was a bit cramped and the bed covers were too heavy.
Frank was very helpful and we loved the location!
We were looking for a place close to the Cliffs of More and this fit the bill. Also on edge of Dolan with good food and amazing trad music in walking distance.
The location was great. It was a short drive from the Cliffs of Mohir and a short walk to the restaurants. We especially enjoyed the authentic Irish music at McGann's.
Being out in the rural area, there were many insects in the bathroom in the morning. I wish I had been forewarned to keep the window closed overnight with the light on as well. The waffles at breakfast were disappointing.
The breakfast choices were very good and WiFi in rooms worked. Has a comfortable large lounge (with WiFi) which is a nice alternate to the room. Plenty of parking. Can walk to town of Doolin which has a few restaurants -- one with music most nights.
The website etc does not say that credit card payment carries a 3% surcharge which should be stated by Booking.com. When I mildly objected (after paying) the owner turned defensive and a bit angry. Otherwise he was very accommodating and helpful. I would certainly recommend this B&B
Very nice b&b. Even has the ruins of an old castle right behind the inn. Breakfast was great. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.
The owner was so accommodating, friendly, and helpful. He always pointed us in the right direction if we wanted advice on where to go, what to see, and where to find various services. The breakfasts were nice and you could choose from a menu of hot breakfasts the night before and your breakfast would be served to you the next morning. The location is beautiful and the house is lovely!
The room was a tiny bit chilly and I couldn't figure out how to use the heating. But it wasn't too chilly either - just a minor thing! There are extra blankets and pillows and everything, so really, it was just a small thing.
Great location great room
Nice people there. Very caring. Nice view
more functional than well equipped rooms, bed was a desaster.
Range of breakfast choices including local smoked salmon
Forced to book family room as booking.com showed no other room available, this was more expensive than we needed to pay
The room was comfortable and cosy, staff helpful and nice breakfast
Location was great. Less than 10 minutes from the Cliffs of Moher! Quiet B&B, small but comfortable rooms. Great value. Internet worked well.
We had to ring the bell to get someone to open the dining room for breakfast and this delayed our travel schedule by about an hour.
