I stayed for only one evening and the staff were very attentive, the lounge bar was busy with a family wake but still were able to look after my needs. |

we enjoyed their bar food but our stay was very short. well I felt there was a smell in the bedroom when entering the room the bath towels were very small more like a large hand towel would not be impressed also charging 2.50 for the daily paper is a bit much. |

i found my stay at the downhill house hotel pleasant. staff were helpful and courtious and rooms were clean. their should be a wider range of activities for young couples inc day time activities,restaruants, night life and more information on ballina for those staying there. more night time entertainment in the hotel itself would also encourage a pleasant experience. |

staff were very friendly and helpful booked 2 rooms, 1 seemed to be in a renovated end wile the other 1 seemed to be in an older end of hotel, would recommend askin for a renovated room when booking this hotel |

We particularly liked the customer service - everyone was friendly, helpful and efficient, with special mention of the restaurant staff - they were absolutely first class. Our room was a little dated, and the bathroom had a lot of condensation on the windows - there was also a bulb out in the ceiling light and one table lamp had a dodgy connection. Minor issues but gave a slightly negative impression. |

Wir haben nachfolgend noch Ersatzteile ins Hotel geliefert bekommen und das ist hervorragend abgewickelt worden. Die Bezahlung lief einwandfrei. Die Ausschilderung zum Hotel war schlecht und das Frühstück dürftig.Es konnte kein direkter anfahrtsplan direkt ausgedrückt werden |
