The Terrace restaurant provides excellent local food. A selection of bar food is served in the bar from 18:00 to 21:00.

In only ten minutes drive is Enniscrone Golf Links - a challenging Championship 18-hole course, this is amongst the many excellent golf courses in the area - Rosses Point, Carne-Belmullet and Ballina.

A fishermans paradise, game angling on the River Moy - Irelands premier salmon river, trout on Lough Conn and Lough Cullen with sea angling in Killala Bay.

Itwas clean & fairly comfortable

I feel the hotel is a bit dated and in need of an upgrade, also they charge for internet connection, most modern hotels this is free.

Clean - nice hotel- nice breakfasts, juice ,cerel, choice of hot food ,toast fresh bread, tea or coffee.

The male receptionist was extremely efficient and helpful

I was told coffee & toast would be ready in time for me to eat prior to my 6.30am taxi. However, it was not ready because the night porter had taken a delivery of bread and when it was served I didn't have time to finish it.

The staff were the best point. All were very friendly and extremely helpful.

The bathroom was not clean when we arrived - the bath looked used. Other than that, it was a good stay.
