Originally built in 1867, this charming townhouse has been tastefully renovated in a modern style, while still retaining its historic charm, with stained glass windows and high coved ceilings.

Homely warm decor, Friendliness of owner, Beautiful place- would highly recommend it.
Although it was in the centre of town a lot of shops in the area were empty
Friendly & Helpful staff. Wonderful food.
Excellent room and great breakfast, easy parking, quite close to the city and close to Newgrange, Monasterboice ..... Perfect base for exploring those wonderful sites, Ann was very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.
nice house, lovely hosts, delicious breakfast, good room with everything you could wish for
arrival procedure should be better (nobody was there when we arrived, so we had to call), very thin walls, you can hear the other people talking in their rooms
very friendly host.
Owner was incredibly helpful in pointing out historic sites to see in the area and how to get to get to them; she served an excellent Irish breakfast and was very pleasant at all times.
Nothing....everything was perfect.
friendly ,clean and promoted the area's "must" see spots very well
Room was quite and comfortable. Service was great. Owner was very personable. Tied to book again for later date in trip but they did not have any vacancies. Would recommend.
The location was excellent.
Was given a key which did not work. Stood outside the property for 40 minutes ringing the bell and calling the phone number which was given but there was no answer. All our belongings were inside and were at a loose end. After nearly an hour someone answered the drawer and sniggered at us when we said the key didn't work. There was an apology given the following morning but no compensation, or a few euro knocked off the bill. This ruined the experience for us.
Parking could be problematic. Room very small.Wardrobe facilities unaccessable. No hooks for hanging. Very creaky floorboards. Decor not as anticipated by description. Shower room tiny, sealant very rough. Not as good value for money as other B&B which we stayed in over the week
Tasteful decor. A lovely and accommodating hostess who we enjoyed chatting with. Very easy walk into town.
The house could be cleaner. The breakfast was deep fried and tasteless. Would not stay here again
Liked homely atmosphere and freshly cooked breakfast. Ann is such a welcoming person.Enjoyed walk in her beautiful garden. We will be back.
Ann's friendliness Breakfast cotton bed sheets
'Twin room' was a room with a double bed and futon bed Futon bed was not made, when we arrived the cobwebs in the room the smell in the bathroom
Superb service , Ann made you feel really welcome and gave a lot if time and attention, highly recommend.
Room was warm and staff pleasant.
Green mould on toast and toilet bowl was dirty. No information available about local attractions or services. Could not access the wifi.
The B&B was fine, it suited our requirements. Everything we needed was very good.
