Dromhall was comfortable, located near town centre and the Ring of Kerry. The hotel was well-decorated and very clean. Breakfast was delicious. |

The staff were excellent during our stay I paid more for the same deal that my brother got. They had a free meal included in their hotel deal. I didn't which sucked for the same price. |

The first thing is the staff so friendly,a warm smile to welcome you! the food was excellent. I enjoyed the spa and swimming pool so relaxing.when you wake up in the morning you look out your window at the mountains so breath taking. Just one little snag! the times for the restaurant! on one page it said 2030 close and on another page 2130???? so we went down to Kayne's Bistro it was 2045 and enjoyed a few pints of Guinness and asked for the menu and the Manager said we were closed for food at 2030!!!! so we pointed out the mistake to Brendan and he looked after us the next day |

Breakfast was lovely and beds were very comfortable. Good location good parking and bar very nice Pool was cold sauna and steam room not turned on. Found cheaper hotels when in Killarney eg brehon. Had to ask for tea making facility in room and no newspaper. It was supposed to be a four star |

central location, clean and friendly. Room overlooking Randals Garage. Busy road outside when we opened our window - noisy. A domestic dispute in the room nextdoor (shouting and bangingon door) kept us awake for a couple of hours. I realise this can happen in any hotel but it did lead to a restless night. |

I found the Dromhall Hotel to be so relaxing and the staff could not have been more helpful. I really enjoyed the coffee breaks at no extra charge, a very nice touch. I would definitely stay at the Dromhall again and I would like to thank them for a very pleasant stay. Yours sincerely Doris Farrar |

Everything... From the receptionist (Laura I believe) to the look, layout, location, etc... it was a great stay and wished I could have stayed longer. The pool for use across the street could have used a water change. Kind of smelly but still, it's great that there was the option to go for a swim. Thank you |

Nice bar downstairs for food(Kanyes), relaxing atmosphere in the lobby Rm was small, tv was an old tv on a stand on the floor-not even eye level-had to put it up onto the dresser table.Noisy because of some fan thing out the back so couldnt sleep well the first night.View of the bins out the side of the hotel.Prob just the room we got cos noticed rms across the hall were nicer as we saw them cleaning them the nxt day. |

Staff at the hotel were paticularly helful and pleasant. The swimming pool had a broken drain in the pool which was quite dangerous. Changing room facilities were also very poor. |

The swimming pool in the leisure centre was very poor. The keys in most of the lockers were missing and I was informed they'd be broken for a while. In the pool the plastic drain was broken and one of the children hurt his foot. |
