Everything had lovely weekend
Lovely hotel . friendly and professional service. Comfortable bed, air conditioning a bonus.
Parking was a bit hard to get. The swimming pool not open between one and five on Sunday was a bit odd
Everything was excellent. The staff, the hotel and the location. Will return for sure.
The bedroom slightly dated and no view.
Very friendly staff and very helpful I
I stayed n rm 101 a bit noisy during the night with staff empty bottles disturb my night sleep other than that every was fine
The food and staff and the location
Steam room, pool, sauna etc nice comfy bed Clean Central location 10 min walk to town center, national park approx 2 miles. Wifi in room, tea coffee too ...
Can't think of anything, view from room at back of hotel if im being picky
All the staff were so friendly, food excellent,we even got invited to join a wedding party
Our room to the back of hotel was very noisy with the boiler running underneath the window,so didn't sleep very well
Great place to stay. Thanks to all
Nothing to not like .
Everything at the Hotel was fine.
very comfortable food and bar facilities 1st class
I felt really welcome from the moment I arrived until I left. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The Rooms were spotless and very well presented. Will stay again
I can't complain. I was happy from start to finish.
not a lot. Receptionist we dealt with was excellent.
We booked a double room as shown but were put in a family room which was a dump. after complaining we were put in the room we booked. Not impressed by owner Bernie's attitude. leisure centre very poor.
Attention to detail, friendly staff; I had ordered a double but found two single beds; they resolved it quickly and with grace, giving us a queen. The lobby and grand staircase were a comforting relief from many nights in tiny B&Bs. The selection of art to grace the walls was eclectic and elegant. The heater worked well in the room. The bed was comfortable.
They had attempted to save water by installing a "toilet tummy" - a bladder that regulates the flush - but which made it impossible to flush at all. It simply slipped into place so I removed it and left it in the tub. That would be my only complaint.
Food was amazing!
Breakfast, broadband and bed! Bedroom well set out and bathroom spacious and functional. Best broadband connection.
Reception area chilly and staff could be friendlier. Asked for a copy of the bill to be emailed to me twice but never got it. Bar smelt of the evening's fishy dinner when I visited it so did not stay for a drink. No iron and ironing board in room but told that both could be provided on request.
We love everything about Dromhall Hotel. You get a genuine friendly welcome. The bedrooms are beautiful. The breakfast is great and the bar is buzzing. Love it :-)
Staff friendly and helpful great location for a stroll up the town or a car trip to visit the surrounding areas. Bar Menu was great and reasonably priced. Plenty of free parking for the car.
Bathroom could do with an update. Window in room was locked shut as it accessed a flat roof. No view from this room just a high wall (maybe should be pointed out when booking even on line.
Ideal location for town and INEC. Large bright reception area, friendly staff. Breakfast cooked to order much nicer than a buffet.
Staff at reception were very welcoming, room was large, clean and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was amazing, great selection.
everything was faultless in Dromhall.......well, almost everything!
rooms to the back of the hotel were a letdown because of the noise. Our stay was midweek so we were assured that the giant fans outside our window would be silent, and they were. What we weren't told was the fans from the kitchen ( i think) would be on the go...all night!. I could hear it over the sound of the howling winds, hence no sleep for me until I went home the next day.
We had read mixed reviews of this hotel but I felt they were totally unjustified. The staff could not have been more helpful. The rooms were lovely the lobby comfortable. I even took a sneak peak at the function room set out for a wedding later that day and it was very classy. I would definitely stay again.
Some of the curtain hooks had slipped off the rail allowing the morning light in however I told them as we checked out & they were sending housekeeping to repair it.
In the Dromhall the staff were really helpful and friendly . Very spacious bedroom with King bed .
We thought that the hotel was lovely. The food was very good and our room was very nice.
The restaurant was not open and the Bistro was also closed in the evening, so we had to eat our evening meal in an area which was not far from the bar. When we had made our booking we paid extra for an evening meal. which we thought we would be having in the restaurant. Also the swimming pool was not open all day as in previous 4 star hotels we had stayed at in Ireland.
Staff, food, facilities, location all very pleased with.
Was in room 123. First night was 50th party on and we could hear the music from wherever the party was located?
