the best thing about this hotel was the staff and the way they treated the customer very helpful, friendly and respectful of the customer. rooms as allocated to me should not be used as bedrooms, it is unacceptable to go away for a break and end up being upset by such poor standard of room. while i would recommend the hotel to others as a result of the room i was given i am only recommending the hotel because of how staff dealt with it when i eventually brought it to their attention on the second day of my stay which unfortunately w |
