The staff was knowledgeable and always helpful a good value at a great location.
The location, staff and hotel overall was good. The location was great!
We did not like that there was almost no water pressure in the bathroom which made it very difficult to shower. We also found leftover food in the microwave which was very disgusting!
The reception staff at the hotel were outstanding. We could not have been treated better. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant and we were a big group.
Location was great!
No window in bathroom
Superb location within walking distance of all the sites. Fantastic, helpful staff in both the hotel and connecting bar.
Restocking of bars close by fairly early in the day.
Hotel was conveniently located to all of the Dublin sightseeing areas and we could walk everywhere. I had requested a quiet room in back based on some other reviews of street noise, but the hotel was on a much quieter street than expected so we slept well.
Breakfast wasn't included in the price but we found a great little shop nearby that great breakfast rolls for a cheap price.
Location was fantastic, so close to Grafton St Friendly helpful staff Bar downstairs
Guess on a weekend the noise from bar downstairs could affect ones stay, though i was there sunday to tues so noise wasnt late.
the Location and the staff, they could not have been more helpfull on every query we had.
the squeeky bed and not being able to use the hot tap very well.
Good overall. Excellent central location. Very good value for money
Location near Grafton Street was great for shopping and the other streets nearby had lots of good restaurants.
The arrangements for breakfast were not good.
Great location and helpful staff
Before arriving I asked for directions from the airport, we were given 4 options, now that is excellent service, thank you. Our room, #304, was clean, comfortable and quiet, with a large bathroom. The price of our room included a full Irish breakfast every morning, which was great! The hotel was central to the city, 10 minutes from Trinity College, Dublin Castle, Temple Bar and St Stephens Green. We would definitely stay here again.
Reception, service and location.
i had a relaxing nights sleep the matress comfortable and duvetnot heavy
Location was excellent. Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and places of interest. Very obliging staff.
Would have liked to have breakfast included but lots of eating establishments close by.
Location Staff, especially Emma!
Comfortable beds and luxurious bathroom. Triple glazing ensured quality sleep. Some great pubs nearby!
Fantastic location in the city centre next to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, pubs and shopping. Everyone who worked at the hotel was friendly and helpful.
There was a lot of street noise in the morning. We did not stay on a weekend, but it may be load with the bars and club below.
Location and cleanliness.
Too expensive for the room and facilities.
I loved everything. The staff were so helpful and friendly. If I stay in Dublin again I will stay in the Drury court hotel. :)
Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly
Bar staff were very rude and unfriendly
double window ensured great slepping quality
Lobby needs updating but the rooms were very nice. Staff was excellent. Very friendly.
Good location, friendly staff
I think is a bit expensive for what it offers. More than 200 Euros per night for a 3 star hotel.
