the front desk staff were very good, room comfort was great and it was in an area of the hotel were I was a able to work
Excellent breakfast, nice rooms, pleasant staff, good location in city centre. Only drawback was no private residents lounge.
The hotel was comfortable and clean but it is the staff that really make it excellent, they could not have been nicer and went out of their way to help with all aspects of our stay. We loved it and will definitely stay here again.
Good comfortable bed. Room aircon very good. Free wifi.
Light switch broken at bedside. Still worked though! No electrical extension cord available at reception. TV channel selection poor. Shower curtain no longer good enough.
1) Convenient location for my participation in the seminars 2) reasonably good service and clean environment 3) adequate price
I was very cold when I entered hotel so I asked to have heating on my room. It didn't happen and when I called receptions dialed number 9 several times there was no reply. I was greatly disappointed. I was a kind of regular customer. Yet, I am not sure about it from now on.
It was very central and very comfortable and warm
Ideal central location at great value price.
Wi-fi not good, I kept losing the signal.
Perfect location and really friendly staff
Noisy residents at 3am in the next room talking and laughing very loudly for about an hour
Location Staff great Cleanliness
Hairdryer broken Pillows not very comfortable No minibar available in the room
We stayed in a 3 bed apartment at the drury court which was excellent,Large rooms with plenty of space, good kitchen facilities and ideally situated for sightseeing. The staff were particularily helpful and friendly
This is an ideal hotel for young people and tourists alike. A 5 min from the temple bar area of Dublin.
Excellent room, big, clean, and very friendly staff
So noisy, because my room was in fron of a noisy buildin, and also because there is a bar next to the hotel. I would have wake up early
The location was terrific for someone that wished to walk to Dublin sights and close to small eating establishments. Staff was helpful and pleasant. Wifi easily accessible.
I just wish the lighting in older hotels was better.
Excellent location, very close to all activities. Staff is really kind and helpful. Quiet place.
Nothing to remark.
Receptionists on arrival were so friendly Great start to our stay
Staff were really friendly and helpful, bed was so comfortable, very powerful shower but mostly the location was what did it for us. This hotel is 2 minutes walk from Stephen's Green, Grafton St and the LUAS and surrounded by so many great restaurants and bars. Also very good value.
Location and staff , have stayed before in regular rooms and no issues
We were upgraded from a regular room to an apartment ( don't know why) not vey nice, toilet stained , no hair dryer , vinyl lifting from cabinets, could not get tv to work, no tea bags in room, two double beds but only one bedside light, overall it felt neglected
Close to everything. Staff were helpful and friendly.
Grest place to stay, very central for pubs and shops. Always stay here when available. Highly recommended
Loved the big bathroom , shower was powerful. Bed was comfortable.. Plenty of tea & coffee In the room. Our room 505 was quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again .
Cleanliness of hotel and so near to temple bar and coppers
Excellent location. Very friendly staff. Had a room on 4th Floor therefore noise wasn't a problem. Hotel is located around the corner from Break for the Border if looking for a nightclub. Great restaurants in and around the hotel. Had breakfast in Metro Cafe and Dinner in Cafe Boulevard both excellent. Would recommend Drury Court as a destination for City Centered visit to Dublin.
Great hotel, great location, great people. Cant fault the hotel
Slight issue most nights with room keys not working for our party.
