Very clean & comfortable. Great location. Very helpful girls on reception.
Location excellent, staff very pleasant and helpful.
Very friendly staff Cheap parking rate Excellent location
Fabulous hotel. Superb location and extremely helpful and efficient staff.
excellent staff. made you very welcome which was a real plus. rooms were very well maintained and you could tell this hotel was very well looked after. we had 2 rooms booked and they were both in 4 star standard. i think it means a lot when management pick people who are polite and really good at dealing with the public. the reception staff at drury court would get 100 per cent from me.
i didnt like that the hotel didnt have its own diningroom. but other than that the hotel was perfect. the location was spot on.
TV not working in apparent nothing offered to us to replace this ie newspaper had to ring for hairdryer by time brought up hair dry
Have to say was really impressed with the friendliness of the staff! well done girls. The food in the bar is also highly recommended. Then of course 10/10 for location!
Friendly and obliging staff, good location, comfortable bed, big room
Excellent value for money - in the end got large twin room for 99 euro. Ideal location for Grafton street and some the best pubs and restaurants in Dublin. Hotel is only 3 star because of size. Rooms are 4 star.
Hotel beside and over pub and close to late bars etc but don't worry about that we were on Main Street over bar no problems with noise. If still concerned ask for quiet room 5th floor at back of hotel. Breakfast is in bar but head out instead, some lovely cafés close by.
large comfortable clean and quiet room
Breakfast not hot enough but otherwise fine
Really loved the helpful and friendly staff, the location was great and really close to everything we needed
The bed was quite uncomfortable and small
Great location and very comfortable bed. Shower was awesome and not too noisy on the 4th floor.
We went out for breakfast and when we came back to our room, the door was open and there were two workmen changing the window handles!! Luckily we had all our valuables with us but we still had all our clothes etc there. We went and complained at reception and the lady at the desk was very apologetic and said the workmen were only supposed be going into the empty rooms. It spoiled was almost a perfect stay.
I have stayed before so standards as usual, very good
It was the second time for me at Drury. The first i went with a friend of mine, this time we were in 6 and se have no a single problem.the staff was so kind to US, even with pur late check in due a strike of flight company and the apartment was absolutely perfect for our needs. I'll come back for sure! Francesca
Everything was good from booking to check in, to food in PMacs. Room 302 was lovely and spacious - would definitely stay again.
All Was Good
Just 2 minute walk from Stephens green and grafton street. Perfect location at a good price
The fact that the restaurant was a pub, although the location meant there was plenty of alternatives
Location was perfect for city centre. Our twin room was lovely, spacious and very clean. It had everything we needed. All the ladies on reception were so friendly and helpfull. We will definitely return
Only minor things but one of the beds was very noisey and there was no water at all in the hot tap in the bath
The fact it was very central to all of dublin inner city. Would highly recommend it.
Spacious and quiet
location, friendly, helpful, clean, value for money
Staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful at all times.
breakfast staff didn't want to have to bother with any one coming in. we were ignored and when we asked to order it was a major effort for the girl to leave fixing a lamp to get us tea. found it unacceptable in this day and age to be ignored in a restaurant. we went else where the next morning even though breakfast was included in our package.
Very near grafton street. Excellent apartment for families. Staff very helpful
-Perfect location -Friendly staff -Nice bar -Large rooms -Large & bathrooms
-No onsite parking (parking is nearby-2-3 minute walk and 15.50 Euro for 25 hours) - Rather small reception area - Hallways and lifts are somewhat dated
