Great location. Close to everything. Lots of noise from the traffic, pubs and from people in the street. I could not sleep before 4am, then the traffic wake me up at 7am again. |

It's extremley central location, able to walk quickly to most major attractions. Good Value For Money. The hum from the air conditioning unit in our particular room carried on all through the night, was a bit annoying without earplugs. |

the staff were welcoming and the breakfast was ok. the room we were in (305) was probably the worst room i have ever stayed in, it was below standard only half dressed, the whole hotel needs a revamp, i would not stay there again. |

The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the hotel was hosting a private party directly below our room for most of the night. The noise from that party (which under other circumstances would only have been annoying) was made pretty unforgivable by the fact that we were relegated to the last of hotel priorities during check-in in favor of people they were still convincing to stay and hand over their money, that our questions went completely ignored when we tried to talk to desk staff, and that we were glared at/yelled at every time we tried to open the hotel main door because they were more ready to deem us idiots than to admit they accidentally locked it (a hotel staff member, after watching us struggle for ages, couldn't open it either). |

The location was perfect. The staff were so courteous, helpful and pleasant...I have not experienced hotel staff like this since the 1970's!The food was good. I had room service for dinner and breakfast. The hotel met all my needs perfectly. The price for B&B was very reasonable compared to other city centre hotels. It was a very good experience for me. |

The location was perfect and the view from our room was very pretty. Too much to mention - I.E. nothing worked properly, some of the staff were rude, the room didn't match the hotel description and pictures at all. Showering in the morning felt like a school camping experience, don't expect a tub like the pictures... Or one at all really. |

Convenient to walking around the city for shops, bars, restaurants.Breakfast was good value and good quality. The room was an attic and extremely small, and stuffy, our tea/coffee refreshments were not replenished (we stayed 2 nights), very loud from nite club and crowds downstairs. Hairdryer was broken and could not be issued with a spare. |

It is very close to the temple bar night life. 1 minute walk around the corner. Perfect location for young and lively. The food at the hotel was very nice although a little expensive. The hotel has a night club under it which is open thurs , fri and sat nights. The staff and security are extremely helpful and friendly. |

The staff was very nice and helpful! The hotel was in the heart of the city. I really liked that it wasn`t necessary to walk a lot to reach anything what we wanted to look at. There are a lot of pubs around the hotel and there is only one thing is what is difficult: to choose from them. The room wasn`t the nicest! There were marks on the carpet, the curtain was disgusting dirty. We couldn`t turn the light of in the bathroom (actually it had been on when we arrived) and lot of glazed tiles was broken also in the bathroom. But everything was clear basically (except the curtain) I paid for the room £52 and it was worth for this but the original price (about £160) is too much for this! |

Hotel was extremely noisy. Room was very dated and grubby. Could really do with a complete facelift. I booked a single room but got a twin. The twin room was barely big enough for one person. |
