Score from 1133 reviews Very good
Very small room for a double, very cramped . Room needs attention tile loose on bathroom. no toilet brush .
The noise coming from the hotel nightclub was unbelievable, the hotel should have double glazed windows at least .Wifi was a joke as well ..
The location is perfect. On a busy street with lots of good stores and restaurant only a jump away. A lot of good things in the nearby like Temple bar area, Trinity College, Grafton Street and very close to the North part of town as well. There is a bus stop just outside of the hotel that will take you to and/or from the airport for €6 or €10 for a return ticket. The staff is friendly and they give you new towels each day and make the bed! You can order alcohol to your room at any time of day. Even in the morning when its too early to drink in the pub at the hotel its okay to order room service. The breakfast and food at the pub is very good.
No breakfast included.
Location is great. Price was reasonable for central city. The bar in the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Staff were friendly and obliging. They helped with directions to some places we wanted to visit.
Room was smaller than expected, opened the door and was almost on the bed (literally). No thermostat to change temperature in room, it happened to be a night during the cold snap of weather. The fire exit staircase - in the corridor leading to it - the chamber maids used this to put laundry from rooms and empty glasses etc. I found this displeasing as a guest.
The restaurant conjoined with the hotel.
The room! Was too small did not feel we got value for money!
Is realy near the center of the city
The windows slim .. We can listen the car and the people in the street. .
Brill area nice food
Very noisey because if traffic
Location was great, value for money is good mid week
Great location. Bar staff so friendly. Lovely size room with flat screen TV. Room was perfect.
We did not like size of room. Size of bathroom wich had no bidet and in this era without mixing tap.
Staff friendly and efficient , breakfast very nice and good value for money
Simple clean accommodation, central location, close to many different types of amenities.
Street noise during the late night hours.
The staff were pleasant, welcoming and hard working and made all the difference to our visit. The food was excellent. The music in the bar in the evening was very good.
The fan in the en-suit didn't work. The curtains were very light and left in a huge amount of light and the noise from the street below was very loud at night. This made it almost impossible to sleep.
A warm comforting welcome !! Polite staff !! Very friendly atmosphere, in the heart of Dublin you could not find a more lively fair priced hotel ! I highly recomemed if you are traveling with your partner !!
Not even worth mentioning it's that small !
Hotel although small to the entrance was exactly what we wanted - comfortable, clean and good access to bars, restaurants and places to visit
The beds were comfortable. Irons, hairdryer and coffee/tea facilities provided in rooms
Bathroom was in dire need of a good clean or preferably refurbishment. There was lots of mould. The shower curtain was too short so the floor was swimming. The water didn't go down the plug hole quickly enough resulting in the shower Base over flowing. This was probably due to gunged up pipes....
location location location everywhere was walking distance all buses to the sights were across the street
bed springs were gone in one of the beds so we just hit unlucky if you are a light sleeper noise on a sunday night is loud outside
excellent location, bar next door is brill, not bad for price. 24 hour reception and wifi
room was not as luxurious as pictures, at first glance but then you notice its not great quality, shower was poor, requested early check in but was not given it and requested room service for one morning but it never turned up. dissapointing after paying.
24 hour checkin
Leak stain on the ceiling of the room
Very comfortable and clean room
The wifi doesn't work until 11:50, ten minutes before we checked out! It is a bit noisy at night since a lot of drunk people shouted a lot on the street
The staff were always very friendly and polite, the room service was excellent and the location was perfect, right by all the bus stations...Walking distance of temple bar & grafton street with plenty of places to eat a two surrounding
The hotel is loud in general, this is expected due to its location, that being said there is no privacy in this hotel, the room doors don't close to seal it shut so you can literally hear everything, every footstep & creek on the floor is magnified. Especially when it's 3.30am there is a bright light shining directly into the room that the curtains don't cover! It's a loud hotel perfect for somewhere to have a weekend away partying, but as dublin is such a vibrant city...it's partying 24-7...so just keep it in mind when booking...
Very central location
Windows in room 102 were very poor quality. You could hear every noise from the street.
The free Wi-Fi is poor!
Sound!! You could hear everything from outside!!
