My Place Dublin Apartments  

Location really is the best aspect of My Place Apartments Resembled student accommodation

My main complaint was that there were 55 steps up to the apartment with no lift - also the kitchen did not have t-towels or sufficient delph for the number that the apartment catered for. The bedrooms were very comfortable but the kitchen was very cold and the heating system would not warm the room to comfortable level.

Close to city center. Updated room. Lots of space in apt.

Lots of stairs to climb to the apt.

Very nice place, very clean, confortable and the staff are always trying to do the best for the customers. Very recommended for everybody!

Close enough to o'connell street without being in the noise and hub. Staff were polite and very helpful

We booked a two bedroom apartment which they didnt have when we arrived so we ended up staying in a 4 bedroom room at the front of building which was very noisy - double glazing would help reduce the noise. However they were apologetic and sort the room for the next day and the apartment was lovely plus quiet.

The sofa bed - you needed to have strength to pull it out as it had gotten bent so kept sticking and you could see the sofa was riped because of it. Also the door lock was faulty.

The apartment was excellent,spacious and clean upon arrival.We got clean towels every day.Close to city center and train station, the hotel is within walking distance of every important place in Dublin.One of the girls at reception gave us excellent advice as to where to go and what to visit.She said she had the same name as the famous chemist's in Ulysses.The continental breakfast,although the same every morning,was very good and plentiful.All in all we think we made a very good choice and will definitely recommend it to all of our friends and acquaintances.

well,everything would have been perfect if the place had been cleaned at least once during our six-day stay.We had to ask at the reception what to do with the garbage that had not been taken for four days.That was sorted out and done every day till the end of our stay.We could have done with some pegs in the bathroom ,for the towels.But for these details that can be easily altered, the place is just right for four people visiting Dublin .

The apartment was large and spacious. The location was ideally located in the city centre.

The living room of the apartment had a filthy sofa. Other furniture was not clean. Hot water was used in the toilet. Daily housekeeping was lacking in attention to cleanliness and details such as replacing toilet paper. Better security is needed. We were not allowed access to our apartment's balcony, even though other guests could use their balconies. Based on info on your website, I understood the apartments had wi-fi; wi-fi is only available in the lobby at this hotel. Internet access is not available in the apartments.

Location (near to citycenter), busstop (airportbus) just at the hotel, balcony at the apartment for smoking

The apartment was in a poor condition (not enough cooking facilities), the bedroomwindow was broken and covered with a wooden plate, taking water was always very loud (waterpump in a warderobe)

I was disappointed at the price hike due to the take that concert and also the fact although the room was clean floors were damaged and in need of refurbishment also that the bedroom window was boarded up wasn't very appealing also the fact there was no warm water for bath or shower

Good location and excellent value

We were not permitted access to the small balcony due to health and safety

How this hotel got 4 stars I don't know! I definitely won't be going back - my apartment was on the 4th floor with no lift and no offer of help with the luggage. There were bare wires hanging out of the wall behind the entry door, the shower wasn't that clean, there was a dried out contact lense on the floor and one of the light bulbs had blown in the bathroom which hadn't been changed. The sofa in the lounge area was stained and smelt musty. The bed was small although the sheets were clean (thank heavens!). Seemed like a back packers place that had tried to go upmarket to charge more but failed miserably.....

We were on a city break to Dublin

The tv did not work and the microwave was faulty and didnt work, t here appeared to be a faulty wire.
