Nothing. This was one of the most disappointing experience since I have been using booking.com. The hotel that was described as a luxury 4 star apartments was instead comparable to a very average 2 star hotel with rooms very different from what was shown on the website. Also the apartments were located in a coutyard on the back of the building that even the taxi driver when he took me there said "Make sure you don't walk by yourself at night as this is next to one of the most dangerous area of Dublin!" I had a discussion with the manager of the hotel trying to explain my disappointment for the substantial difference of what was advertised and what it was but he said that there was nothing he could have done for it. At the end I didn't stay at the hotel and went to another one! |

When we arrived the hotel was over booked by 7 rooms. We had to practically argue with the receptionist who was so un helpful. Eventually a housekeeper checked for an apartment and told me to sit in in until things got sorted. I had a real bad experience regarding the booking. |

The apartment was great... clean, modern, good location. The website claims they accept AMEX cards... however, at the reception they let me know that their machine does not work with them. |

Where to start. The sheets didnt fit the beds. No mirrors in any room except the bathroom. Had to buy our own extension lead to use straightners/dryers. Couldnt use the balcony. 6 flights of stairs - no lift!! No offer of help with the luggage. 17 inch portable tv in the living room with 2 channels - hardly the luxury they advertise it as. Very dissapointed. Restaurant - Irish breakfast - very poor. Vegetarian breakfast - no mushrooms or beans...... |

Apartamento tranquilo, de nueva construcción y situado muy cerca del centro de la ciudad. No tienen ascensor. No se reparan pequeñas averías (lámparas fundidas, algún grifo que se mueve...) |
