The hotel very comfortable. The shuttle bus took the effort out of finding the parking zones at Dublin airport. My car was left in a secure car park at the hotel. On my return the shuttle bus was at the airport to collect me. So easy. A very pleasant hassle free stay. - Thank you.

The location to the airport was primary, as we had to get to the airport fairly early. The service and food were very good, and our room was clean and neat. All-in-all it was a very good stay. The price was a little higher than we normally can afford to pay for a room, but the location was important to us and we feel it was a good value for the money.

We chose this hotel for its location as it was very easy to find just off the M50. A secure carpark meant we could leave the car and take the bus into town. we arrived somewhat early but there was no difficulty about checking in. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. For an extra €10 we got an upgrade to a suite with kitchen and sitting area.It was very pleasant sipping a glass of wine and watching the sun go down on Ballymun!

Location for the airport is excellent. Good parking I intended to use the Airport Schuttle but discovered that the last one from the airport runs at 23.45 too early for last flight 00.15 or even 00.30 should be the last run to allow for passengers arriving on the last flights. Was disappointed and eventually parked a airport for a few €'s more than the taxi fare. This was n clear on booking. I would recommend the hotel if not arriving back on later flights

I was pleased to be picked up from the airport for 2 euro when a taxi would have been 20 euro.I Was also pleased by being booked in at the Hotel at 12:30 in stead of 14:00 as it allowed me to take the hired car back and I could enjoy my day without waiting to book in at 14:00.I was also very pleased about getting a smoking room as it is not easy to get one. Will definitely return.

Convinient hotel close to the airport. Very clean and great value for money. The shuttle bus costs 2 euros per person one way but it's very reasonable. Would recommend to anybody who is travelling and needs to stay one night in a hotel close to the airport

The services including the shuttle to the airport, the breakfast as well as the staff most impressed us about the Metro Hotel Dublin Airport. We stayed the one night and this was a layover for our flight back to the United States from Rome. The clerk who checked us in late on Monday evening, (Colin?) was most helpful and kind to us and is to be commended for his compassion to weary travelers. The room was excellent and when we return to Ireland, we certainly will stay again. Thank you for everything.

very pleasant staff and extremely helpful. We have five children and it is often difficult to find a hotel that is willing to put extra beds in double rooms. The hotel was fantastic in this regard and ensured we had a very comfortable stay with them. The food was excellent and great value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

I chose it due to limited options on a busy weekend in Dublin and it was reasonably priced. It would not be my preferred choice due to its location - I would have preferred to be within walking distance of the citycentre. It would be fine for those wanting to stay near the airport, especially if wanting to leave car there instead of airport parking. There is a convenient bus service and taxi service late at night is not too expensive. I cannot really comment on facilities; the only ones I used were car-parking and free wifi (voucher provided) - both of which I think are essential. Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. For those wishing to be in the heart of Dublin it is not ideal; the city centre is certainly not within easy walking distance, although in fairness to the hotel, it does not claim it to be. There is a convenient bus service and taxi service late at night is not too expensive. The surroundings are not very nice, but this is a hotel to choose if you want to be close to the airport, not somehwere you choose for its setting.

Excellent position as I was transferring to Lisbon early next morning. I particularly appreciated your excellent shuttle service as I had travelled down from Belfast by bus. Clean, comfortable and pleasant. Food acceptable Corridors very stark. A few pictures would help

Great location - not far from airport (there is a hotel shuttle) and close to city (by bus). Very comfortable bed and hot shower. Nice and attentive personnel bith at reception and restaurant. At the check in asked for a non-smoking room and was given one but it stinked of sigarettes. At the reception - they changed the room with no problems and got a bigger one as a result. Windows not very sound proof - could hear the cars on the main road all the night.
