The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The shuttle to the airport was convenient and was worth the 5 euro fee. Blood on the sheets. It should be assumed that when you pay to stay at a hotel, the sheets will be blood-free. Also, the bathroom floor gave my foot a wart. I am 100% certain because it happened the morning after my stay at this hotel and because it was the first hotel I stayed at. After staying at 5 much cleaner hotel rooms later in my trip, it is obvious to me that they try to save money on expenses by not utilizing quality cleaning materials and techniques.

Very nice hotel, available parking, close to airport, public transportation into the city centre a reasonable distance away. The area wasn't the best - got to watch some drug deals go down while waiting for the bus. Guy at front desk told us the price of the bus and that we wouldn't get change if we didn't have exact change but failed to mention they don't accept bills.

All staff members were very friendly and helpful. Less than 10 min. from Dublin Airport. Airport shuttle service runs precisely on time. Restaurant food is excellent. Rooms are clean and have a good-sized bathroom, comfortable bed, large window and comfortable temperature. There are almost no other businesses in the neighborhood; almost like a ghost town.

The service was excellent and the receptionist's were more than helpful. Even little things like giving me change for buses, to bus timetables and organising an airport transfer at 5 in the morning, nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel was clean, quiet, friendly and just perfect for a city break. Thank you to all! I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. The service was excellent.

I returned exhausted after a week in Disneyland Paris & what a welcome. All the staff were friendly, couritious, had smiles & were more than helpful when it came to fulfilling requests. I had dinner which was lovely & good value with a glass of wine & retired to a really comfortable bed (extra pillows a lovely touch & firm pillow too boot) & never woke until morning. I simply couldn't fault any of the staff. So friendly & helpful. Thank you one & all. The breakfast was a disappointment. I went down early. The 'fruit salad' consisted of tinned oranges, tinned peaches & tinned grapefruit. It would have been so much nicer to have fresh fruit as I'd had abroad. It does not take much to chop up apples, oranges add grapes & some melon. Also the cooked breakfast was a let down as it was all in heating trays (which I know is standard) but the eggs were burnt & not as fresh as they could be. I can not comment on the meat as I don't eat it. I also would have loved a tea pot for my tea...something I missed so much abroad...but had to go up several times to fill a mug. Considering all the meals cooked (we have stayed there on other occasions) were truely fresh, value for money & so tasty it's a pity to let breakfast be such a poor start to many peoples experience of the hotel. I have to commend the young waiteress...she was alone, but so pleasant & chatted with all customers taking a 'real' interest in them.

It was nicer than In expected, the bathroom was big, the beds were comfy. The receptionist was a bit slow, the wifi was not easy to access so I eventually gave up, there was a really annoying beeping noise in our room the whole night.
