Absolutely brilliant and the service could not be faulted
The Dunraven Arms is very easy to find. The staff are welcoming and friendly and the hotel has a very good atmosphere. We enjoyed supper in the bar and a very good breakfast. Our room was quiet and comfortable with seriously comfy beds.
We had an ironing board, mini safe, a dressing room and separate bathroom but no kettle which was odd and badly missed.
The spacious room overlooking the garden coupled with the excellent dinner and breakfast served by friendly staff made it a logical stopover as South Africans touring the beautiful Irish Countryside. DUDLEY... Cape Town, South Africa
The staff was welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere was ideal. That's what didn't you like submit my review
Location and dining room excellent.
Incredibly no bedside table or reading light. iPad, book, glasses, water etc had to go on floor. On checking out I informed the acting manager, Hugh of my disappointment, he apologised. End of story. Room was way overpriced.
Excellent breakfast, Large room, Good service, Great location
Nothing worth mentioning
great location, close to everywhere, once there no car required.
We attended a wedding at the Dunraven Arms, and in general I couldn't fault it! Then we got to breakfast and checkout!
The layout of the dining room for breakfast became very cramped, this was probably due to everyone coming down to eat at the same time! I would have expected a better Selection of foods for breakfast no mushrooms or beans or fried eggs, no hash browns, very runny scrambled eggs. There was a que out to the door for checkout... Extra staff to help was very slow in coming!
Staff, attentive, courteous and professional. Food, delicious Hotel and village, beautiful
The hotel is lovely. Our room was spacious and well appointed but bed wasn't comfortable at all. We dined at the hotel and food was excellent. Breakfast was also great. Overall would recommend this hotel.
Big clean room. Comfy beds. Great location.
Not much to offer other then location . Had to wait for front office for ck in etc No real lobby or entertainment
Superb service, extreme comfort and attention to detail. The most wonderful bed. A beautiful environment. Thankyou.
Location, breakfast, late check out (12pm), comfort of room
Queue for breakfast, no tea/coffee facilities in room
This hotel is fabulous! It's quaint and perfect for a stay in the beautiful Adare! Perfect location also!!!
Hotel building is quaint and beautiful, location perfect! Our room was spacious for three of us staying overnight!
The beds could have been comfier & we had to ask for extra items for our room & had to ring reception twice to receive them. At breakfast my coffee was removed from our table twice while I was getting some food from the buffet & one member of staff tried to take my mother's plate while she was still eating. I found the breakfast staff quite snappy if you asked for anything also! The reception at check in & check out were very friendly though & the Hotel itself is lovely & the location very pretty!
Hotel was very good and there were some great restaurants across the road. Village very pretty with thatched cottages. Very good country club opposite and old castle.
The road from Limerick is motorway standard, right the way up to Adare, at which point the whole lot gets dumped on the plain road through town! In the morning and evening peak hours it is very hard to cross the road. Traffic volume is the worst in Ireland !
bar food late in the evening 9,30pm
Ambience. Location. Staff friendly.Breakfast excellent.
Too many junior staff- exchange students I believe. The permanent staff were all most helpful but obviously overworked. Saw the same faces from early morning to late evening. Burn out rate must be high. A few more seasoned staff would share the burden.
gardens Staff Mattress Bedrooms Dressing area 2 washbasins ambience good food. price
slow service in restaurant at dinner.
The friendly attention of the staff, the food was very good, the ambience was very warm and comfortable and the bedrooms very restful.
There wasn't anything I could find fault with.
Lovely friendly welcome good food and comfort
The stairs and passage to our rooms you need to be fit
Access to town. This survey was merciful.
Crossing the street.
Excellent service .
A noisy area!
